"This property was very dirty. I washed the cupboards, bathrooms ,and floors when we arrived. The listing says 2 bathrooms but we didn’t use the one shower because it was cracked. The neighbors were loud and woke us up every night slamming the stairway door, which made my dog bark. Then they complained about the barking.
Please note that a first floor unit requires you to use an elevator AND stairs if you can’t fit in the garage.
He did respond to my question about parking our truck somewhere...

"I'd like to thank the hosts for providing such a wonderful home. My family of three stayed here for ten nights, and this house truly made us feel at home throughout our trip.
I chose this property specifically because of the photos of the kitchen, and it was exactly what I had hoped for. It was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything a family could need. "The apartment is beautifully put together. Great amenities - appliances, coffee, tea, oatmeal, fresh flowers, etc. This had windows all around, so great light and beautiful craftsman decor. Location was great for us - close to UCB but not overrun with students. Amazing shops within the five-seven block. Clearly a beloved neighborhood. Easy checkin and chill check out. Great bath and kitchen. Good internet etc."
