  • This sunny and bright, ski-in/out condo offers you the perfect opportunity for relaxation and adventure in the heart of Arrowhead. The condo boasts several family friendly amenities, such as children's toys and a pack and play as well! Enjoy a warm, inviting, and unique floorplan with top-of-the-line amenities and comforts. Prepare full course meals or warm up last night's leftovers in the well-equipped kitchen, and then dine at the attached breakfast bar or the nearby table for four. The great room continues with a living area warmed by a gas fireplace and a convenient door leading out to a private patio. Guests will also enjoy access to a shared, outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and a pickleball court. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer and three new smart TVs.

    This condo is located right in the heart of Arrowhead, just 100 yards north of the Arrow Bahn Express Lift. Don't feel like cooking in your full kitchen? A variety of restaurants, bars, and breweries are scattered across the immediate area, almost all of which offer takeout. In addition to the nearby slopes, you'll find additional skiing and snowboarding for every skill level just a short bus ride or drive away, in Avon (only three miles east), at Beaver Creek (five miles east), and Vail (14 miles east). Hiking, river adventures, and world-class mountain biking can also be found all over the county.

    All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
    No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
    A 4x4 is recommended in winter.
    Please note that this home does not include central AC.
    There is a heated underground parking space with additional parking in the Arrowhead lot across from the condo.

Wonderful respite

Enjoyed the peaceful setting and proximity to the ski lift. The grounds, pool, hot tub and most importantly, the unit was very clean and quiet. The unit was very well stocked with everything one needs. Will definitely stay again if our travels bring us back to Beaver Creek.

It’s a perfect condo for a quick skiing getaway. Very close to the lift. Perfectly furnished. Only thing to realize is that the second bedroom has bunk beds and not a bed for 2.

Lock didn't work but over-all a great place

I thought the Spruce Tree Lodge was a great place. Also, Arrowhead was great! The issue we had was the door didn't lock when we left for the day of skiing or heading to town. We called the folks at Vacasa and discussed the situation and they said they had to send a technician to solve the dilemma. The technician showed up at 4:00 on the day before we were leaving and had to replace the whole locking mechanism. That means our belongings including several computers and tablets along with our personal items were wide open to anyone who might want to come inside and steel them. Fortunately, this didn't happen but it did make the whole trip stressful. The opposite of why we rented the lodging. This is the only reason for me not rating this a 5 star.

The room was great, however, the couch pictured in photos is not the same couch. Couch and chairs were very uncomfortable. There was no staff available to help when we had questions. Tried to reach them via email, phone, and text, no answers.

Spacious and comfortable, Spruce Tree was a fantastic stay for us to unwind after busy days in the Valley. A perfect quiet retreat with easy access to the village amenities, this bnb made our Vail Valley trip all the more memorable.

It was great see below. Only issue at check in didn't have right codes to get in.

The codes for getting into the garage and the unit were not provided and when they were they were incorrect. Finally got in room was clean and nice location. The toilet ran alot and maintenance came to fix it. Thank you. All in all a great stay and beautiful setting for the honeymoon. Comfortable bed.

Place was not cleaned according to Covid standards; the LR furniture is uncomfortable to si

Location of the unit is great. However, the cleanliness, the fact that there were no handy directions on trash removal, how do use things example TV, etc. The guest bedroom bed mattress is quite soft.I sent an email outlining the issues that we had on our arrival, and never heard anything after that.
