Enjoy a remote luxury alpine adventure in this three bedroom, three bathroom

mountain residence. With an excellent location and just steps from the Arrow

Bahn chairlift, this updated condominium is perfect for those who want to

enjoy the peace and quiet of a mountain escape. Offering sleeping space for up

to eight guests, elegant living areas and tasteful furnishings, this charming

unit offers a memorable vacation for all.



The master bedroom features a plush king-size bed, an en suite bathroom with a

soaking tub, stand-alone shower, double vanity and open views out of the

corner window. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, private full bathroom

with a shower, and a flat screen tv. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids

with two sets of full bunks allowing for plenty of space and relaxation time.



This home features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances

and granite counter tops. There is a dining table for up to eight people, a

breakfast bar, and a private terrace. The home includes a washer and dryer in

the unit and a heated garage parking spot is available for one vehicle - free

of charge.



Arrowhead Village's amenities and facilities include a heated outdoor pool and

hot tub, concierge service, a complimentary shuttle and a seasonal fire pit.

The on-site Broken Arrow Restaurant serves delicious American-style meals for

breakfast and lunch (peak winter only). Other dining options include the Vista

Restaurant located in the Country Club of the Rockies club house specializing

in authentic Colorado cuisine.

Unit was only OK. Heat control in master bath impossible to control. Kitchen equipped only OK with poor selection of wine gasses.

Ok stay.

The condo was nice, and was easily accessible for my wheelchair bound husband. It said on the website that we had to stop at a place in Avon to check in. I got there and they said just to go right to Arrowhead. An extra stop is not ideal. There were cobwebs in many of the corners and large bugs in the soaker tub. The place had NOT just been cleaned. I live in Colorado, and cobwebs do NOT appear that quickly. Otherwise the place was quite nice. I called about the cobwebs and they offered to send someone over at 8:30 A.M. the next morning. We did not want to be up and about that early on vacation, so we declined. The unit is right next to the pool. That was ok, with the hours for the pool ending at 5 or 6:00. It might be a nice idea to mention that in the description. Arrowhead is a lovely area, and despite the few glitches I would stay there again.
