Really nice place but does not sleep 7 unless you bring an air mattress or other alternatives. I should have realized it was 2 single beds. They are very small. And you can’t count the couch because it isn’t comfortable to lay on.

We are frequent VRBO users, and this was certainly our worst experience thus far. My husband, my brother-in-law and I were staying for one night. We arrived in town early, so messaged the host to see if we could get in two hours ahead of check-in. we were told it would be $20 an hour so $40 additional. When the request for funds came through it was for $60. After much back-and-forth, the host changed the amount to the agreed-upon $40 and we paid it. By the time all that was done, we arrived at the location an hour and a half ahead of check-in. Once we got inside, it was very evident that the place had not been cleaned. The kitchen garbage was full, there was leftover McDonald’s in the fridge, glasses in the dishwasher, there was an old spill in kitchen drawer, all bathrooms not clean, and beds were haphazardly made. There was also a big stain on the couch. In the master bath, a used razor and used soap in the dirty shower. Amenities were lacking as well. All the beds included a fitted sheet and comforter. No top sheet. We washed them as we weren’t convinced they had been cleaned. There was additional bedding in closet in master, but it was piled in the corner in a heap, so likely not clean either. There was one towel on each single bed, but no towels left in master bedroom. There were no hand towels in any bathrooms. Not a comfortable stay. I presented concerns to host but received no response at all. Nice townhouse but very poorly kept/maintained. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

House was good. Access emails need to be clearer,(where to find key). Missing key for front door made accessing the house cumbersome. Would be helpful to have a house welcome letter that outlines useful info (neighborhood, wifi, etc).

The property was handy to many of the sites we wanted to visit. There was room to park our cars (one stall indoors) and the owner was quite prompt dealing with any concerns or questions we had. The property is very new and up to date.

Great place to stay with my family. Location was perfect for downtown and stadium events. Everything was as pictured in the listing, beautiful! Only thing was size of beds. Two bedrooms had twin beds that we could sleep 1 person comfortably. I would definitely stay again but make sure I had extra blankets/air matresses if more than 4 people were with me.
