Ladybug Lane "Tiny Home away from Home"

Fully furnished, bright new home with no attached neighbors. Kitchen, bathroom, living area, workspace and laundry are all on one floor. This is your perfect "home away from home" in a non smoking environment with your own entrance and street parking nearby. The kitchen has a convection oven/microwave so no traditional oven and even includes a dishwasher!

If you want extra space there is a cozy reading nook in the loft accessible by ladder. Use at your own risk.

A car is required to enjoy the area and for shopping although Uber is available. The home is on a corner lot so street parking is nearby (please note that there is no private parking).

My team lives nearby and can give you recommendations and help with any questions.

This is a brand new area called Uplands at Riverview. There are nice walking trails in the area and although in the suburbs very close to Anthony Henday for access across the City.

A car is needed in the area but Uber is also available.

Expect some construction noise in the area also since it is a new area.

Our tiny house experience

The teens loved the tiny house. It was clean and so perfectly organized. Only thing I would suggest is that there is enough towels - so the whole family could each have a towel. The subdivision the tiny house is located in felt safe and was nice a quiet. We would 100% recommend this tiny home to anyone looking for an affordable place close to west Ed.

Great home for family getaway

We actually stayed at the Modern 4 Bedroom home located on the same property. The home was well equipped, clean and accommodated all of our needs. The owner was very attentive to any concerns (which there weren't any) or suggestions we had to improve someone else's stay in the future. Being in a new community having a vehicle is a must, but we never felt too far away from anything. The home is within 12 minutes of a major shopping area, 12 minutes from West Edmonton Mall and is located close to a number of great golf courses all within 15 km. This is definitely a place that we will come back to on our next visit to Edmonton.

My son couldn't wait to tell everyone at our family gathering about how amazing the tiny house is. It was the perfect home base for in between visits and the kitchen was very well equipped.

First time in a Tiny House and it was a great experience.

The layout is functioning and pleasant. Having access to laundry, dishwasher, and convection oven / microwave made the 2 week stay comfortable. If you want to sample a type of Tiny Living this a good place to dip your toes in.

Amazing

The house was spotless and was very well furnished and decorated! The kitchen contained anything that was needed. The host was very quick to respond to all my questions and was very accommodating. Would recommend to anyone!
