The Lazy Palm is one of Edisto's Best! This elevated home is right across the street from the sand making beach days a breeze. The 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms provide plenty of space for 12 guests to stay comfortably. Located on the center of the island, a short drive or bike ride can take you around the island. Take in river views at Bay Street Park or walk a trail at Edisto Beach State Park. Edisto is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy nature.

The expansive front porch welcomes you as the perfect place to soak up the sun, fitted with lounge seating and a dining table. The living room has floor to ceiling windows to fill the room with the sun light. Get cozy on the couches to watch your favorite show or pick out a DVD. The dining table and kitchen are open layout, perfect for entertaining in the evenings. The kitchen is fully supplied with appliances and cookware to make your favorite meal. Attached to the kitchen is a full laundry room. The main floor has four of the bedrooms, fitted with three queens and two twins. One of the bedrooms has a private entrance to the back porch. There are two full bathrooms with shower/tub combos on the main floor. Up the spiral staircase is an open loft with a queen and twin bunk bed. The loft has a full bathroom with shower. Under the house, there is a half bathroom and an outdoor shower, so you will not have to track sand through the home. The charcoal grill, and outdoor sink station make grilling out a breeze. On cool nights, enjoy lounging at the picnic benches and swings. The WIFI, dish washer, laundry room, and multiple TVs make extended stays comfortable.

The Lazy Palm is a multi-level property. This home is not pet-friendly. There is parking for 6 cars. The charcoal and cleaning of the grill is the responsibility of the guest. This section of Edisto does not permit the use golf carts. This property is licensed by the city of Edisto as a vacation rental.
