If there is any way to get ALL hotels and motels to use a decent grade of facial tissues and toilet paper it would be awesome. The Interstate rest areas use a better grade in most cases. This is a very European feeling lodging, which is good if what you want is a great bed, good climate control in the rooms, and a gym."

"Staff, breakfast, cleanliness are all great. I’ve stayed multiple times in several different rooms. My only complaint are the mattresses are not comfortable. I have back issues and need a firm mattress and every bed I’ve slept on seems like they are old and broken down."

"The front desk was helpful and accommodating when we presented our issues. There are ants and roaches in certain rooms, dirt and grime left on appliances and the floor. There needs to be a policy change that requires housekeeping on a more frequent basis. They don’t check on residents frequently to make sure the living habits of residents and conditions are not promoting pests. Smoking takes place in the building and right in front of the entrance. They need more staff to be able to help manage...

"The restroom was so little and the shower as well. Theres no space at all. I made reservation thru expedia for 4 rooms double bed and I check out 1 room early than the date I got them for. They didn’t refund me those days that we check out early which was 3 days . Then when I call them to verify if they cancel that 1 room they say NO”but we did check out early. They are not organized at all. I do not recommend this place at all. Not coming again at all! I will choose another place next time."
