Bright, Beautiful and Clean Intracoastal Home

Situated on the end of a rare tree lined Indian River (Intracoastal) canal, this 1700 sq ft home is close to everything water related. The community offers a private boat ramp, two swimming pools, fishing pier and you can fish right from the back yard! We call it the Flopping Fish House 😀.

Just 11 minutes south of New Smyrna's drive on beaches and direct access to world-renowned fishing, you're close to everything the area offers, without the crowds.
This home surrounds you with nature as you watch the dolphin and manatee swim up to the house in the canal. You will hear the fish flopping just outside the back yard day and night. All why Bald Eagles and Osprey fight over the nest above the house.

There are two large bedrooms with king beds each, and two full bathrooms. The front entrance room has a futon, while the back fully enclosed sun room has recliners, a dining table and a 60 inch TV.

Both bedrooms are equipped with fans and televisions, as is the spacious living room.

The kitchen is roomy, fully stocked and open to the dining room where there is a beautiful table for six, surrounded by large colorful art.

Bring your boat or kayaks! There is a large carport as well as an empty lot that we own right next to the house. Not to mention the community boat launch and pier.

*Please note- the little dock in the pictures is the neighbors. There is no access to that little dock for guests.

Great stay!

We wanted to have a fun get together on a budget and we found it here! We can’t wait to come back in the future. The amount of remotes got confusing for usage, but it was a lovely place. The hosts were nice and quick to respond. We didn’t have laundry detergent and within minutes, they had some delivered.

Perfect Vacation

The house was exactly how the description is listed. The first 10 mins we were able to see manatees in the canal. The layout of the house is perfect for a larger family. We throughly enjoyed our time there.

Perfect place to stay in Edgewater!

This place was perfect for 4 people. Has more then enough space. Love that you can set in back every morning with your coffee and watch the manatees. Had everything we needed to spend 4 days. Very clean. We will stay again! And the Osprey nest over the place with babies learning to fly was awesome to see. Loved it!

Great location

The home is right on the river. Perfect place to relax and see manatee by day and bioluminescent algae by night during the summer months! Quiet neighborhood, clean and comfortable home.

Relaxing location by the water

We really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable and spacious. Love the sunroom off the back looking out over the water and a nice breeze. Also a perfect spot to relax in the evening. Manatees and lots of jumping fish ...

Perfect, Clean and Super Spacious! Loved watching the manatees!!!

We had an amazing time! The house was beautiful, spacious, SUPER clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were the comfiest ever. Our family really enjoyed being able to fish in the backyard and we watched a manatee family every morning. So cool! I highly recommend staying here, owner was the sweetest too! We will definitely be back :)
