I was not allowed entrance to the apartments. He claimed there was a burst pipe. He also claimed he'd put in for a refund for me, but he consistently did not take hotels.com's calls. Affordable Luxury Town Home in Federal Hill Baltimore.
Location was great, within a 15-20 minute walking distance to the Inner Harbor/Aquarium, as well as lots of restaurants. The house looked exactly like the pictures, and was very clean.
