"I was surprised to find this nice place in Eddyville, IA. It looks like a garage on a vacant lot that was transformed into a very nice “hotel suite”. I was there for a class reunion and some of my classmates mentioned they would stay there when visiting if available."

"This hotel is definitely dated and could use some updating. The beds were comfy, however the room hadn’t appeared to be vacuumed, nor was there extra toilet paper in the room and both rolls were very low when we arrived. Breakfast wasn’t anything fancy - but it was hot! The hours they were opened ..."

"We stayed for our son’s graduation from Central. The house is a perfect. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We walked everywhere because the house is so convenient to the square. Highly recommend."

"This property really was home away from home. They provided everything you would need for a great vacation. Randy wasn't kidding when he said to pack light. Bring your food and enjoy. Very close to the boat ramps at rathbun lake. The only issue we had was the parking is tight with a boat and 2 vehicles. ..."
