This hotel was fine. The breakfast was decent. It was nice to have a fridge in our room and separate spaces. Our key kept on getting disconnected, which was annoying.

Room was clean, bed comfy. Staff very helpful. Was my first visit to Knoxville. Gave recommendations of restaurants, directions to places, provided maps to area. Provided solution with cell phone charging station in room. Need more sports stations on DirectTV.

We enjoyed this charming cottage. It was tastefully seasonally decorated. Andrea offered us a late check out due to heavy snow falling, that was greatly appreciated. We were able to return home as the visibility improved.
