Wifi was abysmal..their engineers said the only option was to move to another room
But none was available !
My friend stayed in another room..also dirty
..room was never cleaned .and the soap containers were empty!
Not an experience to repeat."

"Last-minute booking for Goodwood Festival of Speed and luckily we found a room here. It was better than I expected from photo, a spacious room with a 4-poster bed, the bathroom had a bath and a walk-in shower. Although no air-con, there was a large fan and we slept well.
My husband enjoyed the full breakfast with good quality bacon, eggs and sausage; he doesn't eat tomatoes, so declined the heritage ones offered.
On arrival, I managed to book a table for an evening meal (not included in the...

"Old World Charm. The cottage style single rooms were gorgeous. Staff were so friendly and helpful. It was the hottest few days of the year but they remained cool and calm. The food was excellent. Couldn't recommend it enough. Looking forward to being able to go back again."

"I loved it! The room was gorgeous, spacious and just right for my sister and I on my birthday eve. Breakfast was great and I am pleased. I didn’t realise it was above a pub but that wasn’t a problem. Free parking and 10mins drive to city centre.
The AC in the room wasn’t functional but there was a back up fan that helped somewhat."

"Fantastic quirky boutique hotel! We had a great stay in the Salon Rouge room for our 25th anniversary. The room was huge with amazing views and being able to have breakfast in bed was a real treat. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and the bar is a great space. Fantastic decor throughout too!"

"Everything was okay-ish, but If I review over the price I paid; not satisfied with the stay.
Wifi— Very bad reception. No to slow network. Complaint them but no resolution.
TV— Radio channels only. Help needed to connect with my Netflix, no service provided.
Even in my room UK sim network was not working.
Property was nicely clean but room services had a delay. Drinkable water is separately charged; I didn’t like that.
They don’t have people to help with your baggage in and out....

"The rooms were upstairs from a skeavy pub. The pub was situated directly on a busy road. The room was hot and stuffy (no fan provided) so the window had to stay open. The traffic seemed to be roaring through my room. I had to beg for help carrying my bags up the stairs. English breakfast was offered but only with fried eggs (I can't digest fried food.). Coffee (no tea) was offered. I can't drink coffee. One of the worst places I stayed in the UK (& not cheap.)"
