This beautiful and spacious property with capacity for up to 10 guests is located in the beautiful city of Écija.



The house is bright and with spacious rooms. In the living room you will find two large armchairs to relax by the fireplace and a large table to share delicious meals! The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and a large set of utensils. A table for 4 people completes the kitchen.



On the grand floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower. There are two more bedrooms with a double bed each and sharing a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Upstairs there is a fourth bedroom with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower and an exclusive space to study or for home office.



Outside, there is a long table with fine details for 10 people next to the barbecue. In addition, you can not miss to enjoy the swimming pool and sun loungers. Outside, next to the pool there is an apartment with one double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.



The property has 7 parking spaces!



A security deposit of 800€ must be paid in cash upon arrival, this will be returned the day after departure.



We will be waiting to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 5 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm there is an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours please check with us for availability and rates.

Please let us know 24 hours in advance your arrival time to make sure someone will be waiting for you and you will be able to enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled arrival time, there will be an extra charge of 25€.

*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels.



*Transfer from and to the airport available, check availability and cost.



*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.



* Guests are advised that smoking inside is prohibited and a fine of €500 will be imposed for non-compliance.
