"Reasonably priced. Room was clean and comfortable, however, the lights and TV were on some kind of timer. EVERYTHING seemed to turn off after a few minutes or so--sometimes it was about an hour, sometimes slightly shorter, other times slightly longer. I could not get the TV to stay on very long EVEN when I was physically watching it! In the middle of a show, it just turned off. "very unsanitary and uncomfortable rooms. Broken windows, broken appliances, dead and alive bugs, extremely strong smell of cigarette smoke. Was offered another room but that second room was just as bad, we had to leave and stay somewhere else."

"The location of this apartment is okay, and check-in was very smooth. The apartment is a bit worn in some places and could benefit from some maintenance, especially the windows, the blinds, and baseboard heaters are broken. The toilet was not cleaned and there was no toilet paper. I contacted the host and he did drop some off about 6 hours later. For the kitchen, the oven, underneath the sink, and the utensil drawer were not cleaned. A quick heads-up to future guests, bring your own linens....
