"El calificativo negativo es debido a un desagradable suceso. Esta mañana, al abandonar la habitación deje cargando en el enchufe de la mesilla de noche mis auriculares inalámbricos. Al ponerme en contacto con el hotel pir tres veces dicen que alli no estaban cuando sé con total seguridad que sí que estaban. Esto denota poco control sobre el personal de limpieza y es una pena porque el hotel es excelente. Lo siento muchísimo pero tenemos que dejar constancia de este desagradable incidente. "

"Clean property. Can ski to the hotel. Some rooms are renovated and some are not. We had a renovated one which was very nice but watch out. Good breakfast, nice staff. "

"the hotel was very well located in Gerlos centre across the road from the ski bus. room was a good size, staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet was good and the restaurant food also hit he spot after a day on the hill. Car parking was about 50m up the road. Only gripe was the noise from the Cin-Cin bar across the road. It was noisy and necessitated the use ear plugs to get some sleep."

Was seated as the only person in one room. Multiple requests for a seating change without result. I actually believe the waitress gave a f*. Went to talk to receptionist, e voila, got a decent table. Somebody also put an extra drink from the bar on my room number. Ok. "

"The Gut Stiluppe just finished its renovation, and while the new parts look stunning, the upgrade has yet to proliferate to all parts of the place activity. Specifically, it feels the kitchen needs to really improve - morning eggs arrived at odd shapes (like scrambled eggs that weren’t scrambled before fried), and coffee with regular milk after we explained of a lactose intolerance. I think it will take a bit more time until the service gets to the level of facilities."
