  • This property lay untouched for over 50 years until 2026, when it became the setting for this newly built vacation home. The 145 m² terrace surrounds the house and allows you to enjoy the sun or shade throughout the day.



    Inside, you’ll find a new home with modern furnishings and plenty of space for the whole family. The bright kitchen-dining area is perfect for shared meals and cozy moments, while the separate bedrooms ensure peace and privacy for everyone.



    The 1,200 m² lot offers plenty of space for play and recreation. On the covered portion of the terrace, you can enjoy the evening sun with a glass of wine or a good meal as the day slowly draws to a close.



    The beach is just 200 meters from your doorstep, where you can swim, catch crabs, and enjoy the view of Hjelm Island. The town of Ebeltoft, with its cobblestone streets and charming shops, is 6.5 km away. The Jernhatten viewpoint, the Mols Mountains, and attractions like Ree Park and Djurs Sommerland are all within a short distance.
