Cosy holiday home near Ebeltoft and the beach

Welcome to this spacious holiday home in peaceful surroundings near Ebeltoft. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and just around 300 metres from the sea, the house offers a peaceful base close to the beach while still being within easy reach of Ebeltoft’s charming town centre, with its cobbled streets, shops, cafés and restaurants. The area is ideal for relaxing days by the water and excursions around Djursland.



The holiday home measures 106 m² and was built in 1994. It has been modernised over the years and was partially renovated in 2021, when the carpets, wardrobes and beds were among the features updated. The kitchen, bathroom and utility room were modernised in 2009.



The house accommodates up to 10 guests and one child up to 3 years old. There are three bedrooms with six sleeping places in double beds, while four additional sleeping places are available in a double sofa bed and an alcove. A cot and high chair are also provided for young children.



The well-equipped kitchen features ceramic hobs, a fan-assisted oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is one bathroom with a shower and underfloor heating, as well as a separate guest toilet. After an active day, you can relax in the sauna or the indoor spa for two people.



Outside, a large natural garden of 1,217 m² awaits, with a terrace, covered terrace, swing and sandbox. There is plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors, have a barbecue on the Weber charcoal grill or let the children play. A carport and parking are also available.



The holiday home is equipped with a heat pump, washing machine, tumble dryer and wood-burning stove. Two pets are welcome. Golf enthusiasts have a golf course approximately 5 km away, while the nearest shops are around 3.5 km from the house.



With the beach close by, Ebeltoft within easy reach and plenty of attractions across Djursland, this holiday home is an excellent base for a holiday with family and friends.
