"This is a beautiful oasis in the countryside, near Selinunte and beaches. It was such a great place to escape the heat, the stress of driving around Sicily using google maps, and traveling in general. Masseria del Carboj has modern amenities, nice aesthetics, a beautiful pool in the middle of vineyard, and feels like you're in Napa valley. The restaurant (Racina) at the hotel is absolutely amazing, like Michelin star level food, so definitely eat here when you stay. "
"La estancia y recepfue buena, el problema es que hemos ido en SSanta y no había ningún cliente en el hotel, y la persona de recepción se marchó a las 8 de la tarde, aunque nos dió un teléfono para emergencias. No tuvimos problemas pero sensación sensación de inseguridad sí por estar solos en todo un hotel compuesto por tres edificios y que daba al mar.
En verano, estupendo, con su piscina y vistas.

Situation parfaite pour visiter l' ouest de la sicile, avec un retour au calme le soir, au milieu des vignes et oliviers, avec la piscine pour se detendre.
Petit dejeuner excellent avec produits locaux artisanaux.

"Loved this property. So welcoming. Home cooked food was quick and tasty. Amazing fish pasta followed by sea bass. Can't complain about that! Didn't have time to enjoy it but the pool looked amazing. Breakfast relied on a bit more processed and pre packaged pastries than I'd like. There was a good choice though and plenty to fuel us for the day. A great stopover. Remote and peaceful."
