I asked for a refund of the difference and they told me they couldn’t and offered other services instead. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen that made our stay even more enjoyable. "The hotel and staff could not have been nicer. The property is great with the rooms surrounding two lovely pools. The food was universally good. And the room was excellent. Especially the huge semi-outdoor bathroom with a massive bath. (And, of course, shower.) As was the service. 20 minutes in one direction, Angkor Wat. And, in the other, the center of Siem Reap. It was ideal for five days of visiting the temples, providing both comfort and escape from the heat. Congratulations to all hotel...

"Staff is very nice and helpful. Hotel is nice too. However I am disappointed with Expedia because it misinformed me about the shuttle service. It listed as ‘free shuttle’ but it was free for one way. You need to pay for the return."
