"Greated immediately on arrival host was very friendly , got a parking permit for directly outside, as it saved driving around to try find a free space. Our room was lovely very clean , en-suite shower is amazing, lovely beauty mirror with a light. Slept really well Cooked breakfast to order was hot and very tasty. Also had cereal juices and yogurts . Lovely place to stay "

"Beautiful, comfortable accommodation in an excellent location. 10 minutes Walking distance from Hove station and 20 Minutes to Brighton, although also close to the bus routes. Liz and Dexter were friendly and welcoming. Our en-suite double room had a small fridge with tea and coffee facilities with a small kitchenette across the hall. "The staff were very polite nd friendly. The room was very spacious with a large comfortable bed. There was a kettle with loads of tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied. There was a shower in the bathroom . With very large towels which smelled lovely . Lots of shampoo, shower gel snd body lotion supplied. I will definitely be going back "

"This is a top level B&B. Only 6 rooms and Adult only. We stayed in room 3, which overlooked the street behind the hotel and was very quiet. The room was large enough for us and had a wardrobe with plenty of hangers, vanity unit with drawers and 2 bedside pedestals. The drinks tray was well stocked. Mattie was the perfect host, explaining everything on arrival. Breakfast was chosen the night before, and cooked fresh for your chosen time - delicious. 3 parking bays available behind the hotel,...
