Outstanding location to Wenatchee's finest dining, loop trail, mission ridge skiing, Leavenworth Christmas lighting, and more. A winter wonderland awaits. All new home, everything redone. Spacious 5 bedroom, 6 bed home with 2 fireplaces and multiple areas for relaxing. 4 full baths, all with heated floors! Plenty of space to spread out, 3400+ square feet . And outdoor space to enjoy as well!
Just 4 miles to Pangborn airport. 14 miles to Mission Ridge and mountain hiking. 3 miles to downtown Wenatchee . Less than 1 mile to the Apple Capital Loop trail. 20 miles to Leavenworth. 34 miles to Lake Chelan.
Great central location! Quality home in a safe community. This is our primary home and we rent it out a bit. We rent it to the number of guests at booking and expect there are no parties, no events and extra guests. We welcome you and know you will enjoy your stay.

Loved our time in Wenatchee

We had a fantastic time celebrating my niece's graduation in Wenatchee! The house exceeded our expectations in terms of the room, location, and amenities. The communication from the host was exceptional from booking to our departure.

Family Christmas

We had a family Christmas at this property that was amazing. We wanted to see Leavenworth at Christmas but be away from the people mess and this property filled the bill perfectly. It was a beautiful home with more room than we expected. The owners were very helpful with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property for a family gathering!

Weekend in Wenatchee

I was attending a conference and I brought my family with me. The house is just lovely so much great space inside and out. Well stocked with Just, but everything you need. Right on the golf course, very clean, would love to stay here again.

Great Stocked Home for groups

Great house was very well stocked with toiletries and kitchen was great had all the spices, cookware utensils all that you’d have at your own house. Clean and great for our 3 families to hang out. Really liked the dish sponge in the kitchen do tell the name /brand of the sponge looked on Amazon couldn’t find it. I’d stay again. Thanks

Perfect for Large Group

We were visiting Wenatchee and stayed at the property for 5 nights over New Years. The property is in a safe and quiet neighborhood which is easily accessible to the larger area of Wenatchee. I appreciate the managers communication with us during the stay and working with us for early entry. They also provided small touches like decorations for the holidays and plenty of necessities like TP, Paper Towels, Tissue, Shampoo and Conditioner. The property has a key box entry so easy in and out with no fuss check-in. The property has a large TV in the living space and in the master which we enjoyed buy no cable so bring your streaming passwords. The property has been updated and is shown in the pictures accurately. However, I would have liked to have regular chairs around the dining table in place of folding chairs. I would also like to have a TV in the downstairs living space so we could use that space. The lower living space has very little furniture and no TV or game table, so it wasn't used at all. The master closet isn't available for renters so you will have to hang clothes in other rooms. Off the downstairs living space there is a room with 2 queen beds but no door or privacy so only good for kids. If I was going to make a recommendation, I would take out the beds in that area and have a ping pong/game table or office furniture. There are plenty of bedrooms in the house. Speaking of beds...they are very comfortable with good bedding. Overall, we loved our stay. I would recommend and come back again myself.
