Welcome to this all brand new 3000 sf beach house with flex 4/5 BR and 3 BA, situated on 3 acres at the end of a private cul-de-sac. Bonus room to 5th BR or flex live/work space. Gym equipment w/ Peloton bike. Heated pool from April to about Thanksgiving weather permitting, hot tub year round, fire table, large outdoor kitchen, outdoor commercial pyramid heaters, private fenced in. Village fringe property is 1.5 mi to Sag Harbor Village and about 2 mi to East Hampton Village



This open concept home creates an ebb and flow between indoor & outdoor space. Among other high-end details are chef's kitchen and french doors that lead to an outdoor oasis - an extensive deck with heated pool, BBQ and manicured landscaping to enjoy 3 acres of privacy, perfect for entertaining. Sonos entertainment throughout the main level.



Step in to the luxurious master bedroom located on the first floor, custom walk-in closets, with bathrooms that are the epitome of understated elegance and spa like accents. An abundance of natural light accentuates the bonus room its own pocket doors located on main level. Perfect for guests relaxing with extra privacy, lounge area, or an additional bedroom (bonus room can be the fifth bedroom).



Beyond the exceptionally well-constructed home, it’s the amenities that make this vacation property special. Chef's kitchen w/ Viking Appliances and the home is stocked with everything needed for a perfect meal as well as large outdoor kitchen.



*Full gym with Peloton Bike, squat rack, dumbbells from 3 lbs to 90 lbs each, 2 benches, bar, and plates, yoga mats, Bosu ball, and bands.



*New Pool for 2023. Hot Tub Year Round. Pool is open April until week of Thanksgiving, weather permitting, pool can be heated. Meticulously and professionally maintained.



*Dedicated work area with desk and chair, gig speed wifi with router to support the speed.



*Fully stocked Chef's Kitchen with Viking Appliances and beverage center. Nespresso classic and Keurig machines, comes with pods to get started and hot water maker. Outdoor professional grilling comes with ample seating under the pergola.

Wedding

We had a wedding event that was Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The accommodations were outstanding. Any questions were answered immediately by the host. The location was secluded, but close to everything. Highly recommend it.

The home was beautiful and matched the full detail/description of the listing and photos. Everyone in our group (8 adults) loved it. The location was perfect. Our host, Dave, was also pleasant. We look forward to another trip and without hesitation, we would rent this property again or another listed by the host.

Wooded gem with a magnificent owner

The estate is a gorgeous retreat about 10 minutes from the town. It is new construction. So, everything works, and is super clean. But the big draw is the owner, who is willing to go above and beyond. on a Sunday, the TV channels were not working. How many owners would come by themselves so we could watch US Open Tennis finals. Lovely estate and host!
