Beautiful new home in East Hampton. Transitional style with NY loft feeling only minutes from both East Hampton Village and Amagansett.

My place is close to beaches approximately a 5 to 6 minute drive. You’ll love my place because of the design, the spacious yard and the location. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and groups.

two-story new construction off of a secluded cul-de-sac with five bedrooms, five bathrooms, spacious master suite with sitting room. Wide plank flooring throughout. Amenities include Sonos music system, nest thermostats, central air, two separate laundry rooms, separate double bedroom suite, and first floor bedroom with en-suite bath. Designer Chefs Kitchen with double dishwashers, double sinks, and pro stainless appliances.

Beautiful spacious back yard with heated gunite swimming pool, all on 1.2 +/- acres.

Family Vacation in East Hampton

The inside is very large and very open. Ken was very quick to respond and helpful with all of my questions. He was nice and easy to deal with. Great location to Atlantic Beach and also to the downtown shops and restaurants! Thanks again!

Wonderful property & Host

Our time at Ken’s property for 2+ weeks was a fantastic escape enjoyed by three generations of our family (we have kids ages 8 and 1 and were joined by my wife’s parents). The home and pool are exactly as in the pictures - it is a recent construction with high end fixtures. Everything important (air conditioning, hot water, internet, pool etc) works perfectly and the home is equipped with beach towels, patio furniture, grill and other basic paraphernalia that you’d want for a summer retreat. When smaller fixes or questions come up, Ken is super responsive and accommodating. Convenient 10 minute drive to East Hampton and Amagansett town centers and the best of everything the East End has to offer. We loved our stay.

Its fine

The property looks good on photos, the garden is very big and the pool is good. Overall the finish of the property is average. When I noticed the kitchen is not well stocked |(especially for 8+ people) the owner scrambled to buy additional items (which didn't arrive when we were there.) The garden furniture was broken and replaced as we had to ask for this. The BBQ was an eroded mess and had to ask for this to be fixed. The owner was very responsive to fix issues which I suppose is a good thing, but overall (and what I was told by the owner) the house is apparently priced accordingly so don't expect too much. In summary its an average property that isn't managed well so you get what you pay for. I am sure I will be corrected with wonderful excuses from the owner for the above.

July 4th Weekend

Beautiful house with well kept grounds in a convenient location that comfortably slept our group of 8 young professionals. Host was responsive and pragmatic in dealing with all issues and in agreeing appropriate resolutions. Would return!

Ken's home was the perfect place for our group to spend the weekend. It is conveniently located near a variety of locations, from the beach to shops and neighboring towns. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, while everything from the home's interior to the yard is incredibly spacious. The interior is modern and clean and the bedrooms comfortably fit our guests. To top it off, Ken was very helpful and communicative all weekend, handling everything from grill inquiries to heating the pool. We had a fantastic time and will surely keep this rental at the top of mind for any future trips.

Great!

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The bedrooms were all nice sizes and the backyard space was extensive. The house was very well decorated, and we particularly enjoyed the large kitchen, which allowed us to cook all our meals at the house. We would definitely return.
