Enjoy the beauty of being in East Hampton! Our luxurious vacation rental boasts a resort like back yard featuring a massive deck, swimming pool, Hot Tub, outdoor kitchen, marble pavers, spacious cabana equipped with fire pit and plenty of comfortable lounging areas throughout. Inside there are 4 bedrooms each with it’s own full bathroom. A beautiful kitchen, wet bar and open floor plan are perfect for entertaining. 85 inch smart TV, WIFI, and Central air conditioning, Washer and Dryer, Desk Space for office work. The house comfortably sleeps 10.

To heat the hot tub it is $50 per day each. We have itemized pricing for these two amenities. Should there be any issue with the hot tub heater or something else, please notify owner or property manager right away. Guest can be credited for these services should they not work during their stay (only if owner knows right away).

No parties and no events
No more than 10 people on the premises at any given time, without written consent from the owner / manager or else the damage deposit will be lost.
Absolutely no smoking on the premises, in or outside!!!! - Deposit will be lost.

Note: The East Hampton area has a lot of land and is very woodsy. At times, especially when there is a storm or bad weather, the WiFi and internet connection may be slow or lag. If there are any issues with the WiFi, you can trouble shoot it.

Important Note: Should you find any complaints or issues with the property, please report them to my property management or myself team within one hour of check in / arrival to the property. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept or validate the claim or accusation. The outside of the property has 24 hr video surveillance for security purposes.
