"It was a one night stay, totally adequate. The breakfast was disappointing and we were there early."

"The staff was extremely helpful and helping us check in early. We enjoyed our stay."

"Got double charged for a room, staff wernt in good communication with eachother, and room wasnt fully cleaned ahead of time."

"Breakfast is good"

"My sister came to town from Indiana and we wanted a few days away just to ourselves and we booked here and we were ecstatic with the property!! The suite worked perfect for what we needed...with having a full size refrigerator, cooktop, toaster, microwave and coffee pot, we had no need to leave the room!! It was fantastic!! The staff were very friendly and quick to help!! Will be staying here again...FOR SURE!!! Absolutely LOVED it!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"

"I liked the old country feel. The hotel was in very good condition for it's age. I wanted to stay somewhere away from the noise and bizzy of the cities of Vancouver and Portland. Part of keeping with the old theme were the shared bath and showers. They were accomodating and secure. I got exactly what I expected; steep stairs, drafty windows, and hot water that took a long time to reach the third floor. If you consider this before checking in then you will have an appreciation of this icon...

"This property was extremely old and outdated. Dilapidated and in much need of renovation and updates. They nickel and dime you for everything. They wanted to charge my Uber driver just for pulling in to pick me up! Charged a “delivery fee” for ROOM SERVICE, which was $45 for chicken fingers & fries! Wanted to charge me for a “late checkout” (Noon!). The room had zero amenities or toiletries - Would have had to pay for that as well. Clearly this property is no longer owned nor operated by Hilton...

"Wonderful hotel and very kind staff. Rooms are clean and spacious."

"After a horrible experience at a Radisson in Eugene, Oregon, I really appreciate the care you put into your hotel. The amenities, cleanliness, and upkeep all stand out, but your friendly staff and willingness to help make the biggest difference. Thank you for taking pride in your property and making your guests feel welcome. It shows!"
