Prepare anything from quick snacks to full-course dinners in the well-equipped chef's kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and an attached breakfast bar. Dine together at the large table for eight, or take your meals outside to the furnished, wrap-around deck. This home also features a comfortable living area warmed by a wood-burning fireplace, central air conditioning to keep you comfortable all summer, an outdoor firepit, and a private dock on the river.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
