Eagle Lake Cottage sleeps 6

Eagle Lake Cottage is a brand-new rental nestled in the hills of Dunnville, KY.  This picturesque house sits on the shores of a small lake where you can watch the fish being fed (except during the winter) and enjoy the wildlife that it draws to the area, including a bald eagle that appears almost daily to fish. The cottage sleeps six and has one bedroom with a king-sized bed, a queen-sized bed in the loft, and a comfy sleeper sofa in the living room.  There is also a kitchen that is stocked with the basics for cooking and baking, and one full bathroom.  Outdoors is a lovely porch and firepit area for cozy evenings around the fire with loved ones.  You'll find this rental sparkling clean and tastefully decorated, making your stay peaceful and worry-free.  Book today and enjoy the tranquility of Eagle Lake Cottage.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- We kindly ask that there be no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.

- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10.00 AM.

- Please be aware that you will be charged 10% of the total trip at booking, and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file, thirty days before check-in.

- Absolutely no pets. If a pet is discovered, there will be a $250 upcharge.

This property is well maintained and enjoyable. Separate heat/AC unit for living room and master bedroom allows for comfortable climate control. The view is beautiful and the property is exactly as pictured. The Wifi was strong and consistant. We highly recommend this property.

Peaceful, cozy cottage on a lake

I stayed in Eagle Lake cottage with 5 kids and we had a blast. The cottage was pristine and beautiful with super easy check in/out. The full kitchen and laundry was very convenient for our stay. The kids really had a blast swimming and fishing in the lake. I enjoyed the peaceful serenity of the property - a wonderful place to relax.
