"We were very unimpressed with the state of the building. We were in a tiny room in the attic with a bathroom that had no air con or extraction or any window that would open. The main room had a single socket that was practicably useful but from which it was impossible to position a fan to point at the beds. The patio area outside had broken glass on it that they seemed oblivious to until we raised it. It was cleared up half an hour later. There was torn wallpaper in one of the corridors....

"This is a great hotel for a travelling stop over. Super rooms, staff and restaurant. Pool and saunas very nice. Easy and safe parking for cars and motorcycles."

"The swimming pool is out of order at the moment. was not notified of this when booking only a couple of days before I arrived. I was allocated room 56. Make sure you don’t get this room unless there is a heatwave. It was so cold that I had to ask to be moved during the night. The radiator does not appear to work in the room. I stayed for 3 nights, two of which had road closures outside the hotel . On the Sunday the road was closed from 7 am to 1 pm so could not leave unless you walked - and...

"The location is excellent wit convenient connections to terminals and rail station Access to the hotel however is a big problem if you arrive late in the evening. After a flight that arrived at 11.15 pm I arrived at the hotel door just before midnight. The door was locked, no sign of any staff at reception Pushing the bell button multiple times had no effect. The possibility of entering through another entrance on ground floor involved a walk via railway station and walk around a traffic round...

"We stayed during the hottest May on record, and the AC system in the rooms was not operational as we were informed by the front desk, that this functionality is only switched on for summer. As the room windows only open a few inches, it made for a hot and uncomfortable few nights stay."

Car park facing the hotel albeit £12 to self park but for a City centre hotel that’s the way it is nowadays. Easy walk 5-10 walk into heart of Chester, however lots of restaurants, cafes & pubs within 2mins from hotel on Brook street."

"This modern hotel on the edge of Crewe is conveniently located close to main roads without being overly noisy. It is located on a business park which is unusually green and leafy with wide verges, trees, a large pond and wooded footpaths. The breakfast whilst not a huge range was really fresh. particularly worth a mention was the decent quality bacon perfectly cooked and freshly fried eggs and very good croissants ! These items are often over cooked and chewy so these were a pleasant surprise!...
