Located in beautiful Durbuy, this large holiday home is perfect for a big family looking to enjoy a peaceful getaway together. With a well-maintained garden and a barbecue area, it offers a great outdoor setting to enjoy meals and relax in nature. The property features air conditioning in every room for year-round comfort and private parking for added convenience.

The home is ideally situated, just 1.3 km from Durbuy's charming town center, with supermarkets, a bakery, and the local tourist office nearby. Adventure Valley Durbuy and the renowned Durbuy golf course are just a short drive away, making it a great base for both leisure and exploration. You can also discover nearby attractions like the Caves of Hotton or the Park of Topiary.

Inside, the spacious kitchen is fully equipped to prepare hearty meals for the entire group. In your downtime, enjoy a game of football or simply unwind on the terrace. Whether you're here to explore or relax, this holiday home offers all the space and comfort a large family needs.

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, nur eine kurze Autofahrt vom Stadtzentrum von Durbuy entfernt. Der private Parkplatz war ein großes Plus für uns. Das Wohnzimmer war gemütlich, und wir haben die Waschmaschine für unsere Wäschebedürfnisse sehr geschätzt. Insgesamt eine praktische Wahl für einen Familienurlaub.

Een mooi ruim huis, met ruime slaapkamers, fantastische douche (bad niet gebruikt). We waren met 6 volwassenen en hadden ruimte genoeg. Stoelen aan de eettafel waren hard. We hebben veel kaartspellen gespeeld en uiteindelijk de stoelen van buiten binnen gezet. Dat zat beter. De bank zag er mooi uit maar zat niet lekker, zacht en uitgezakt. Keuken was zeer compleet. We zijn niets te kort gekomen. Uitzicht is echt heel mooi, zeker toen het gesneeuwd had. (P.S. beddengoed zonder instopstrook was voor mij wel een dingetje)

Dit vakantiehuis is een echt pareltje! De airconditioning hield ons koel en de kinderen waren dol op de buitenspeelplaats. Het voelde als thuis, met alles wat we nodig hadden. De locatie is geweldig, op korte rijafstand van Durbuy Adventure en andere attracties. Een echte aanrader voor gezinnen!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Holiday Home à Durbuy ! Le spacieux salon était parfait pour notre grande famille, et la cuisine bien équipée a facilité la cuisine, Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le barbecue dans le jardin pendant nos soirées, La vallée d'aventure à proximité a été un succès auprès des enfants, et nous avons adoré la boulangerie à quelques pas pour nos douceurs matinales

Het huis was echt super. Het is mooi gelegen met een prachtig uitzicht, slechts enkele minuten met de auto verwijderd van het Adventure Valley Park van Durbuy. Het huis was zeer schoon. De keuken apparatuur, bestek en servies meer dan compleet. Zelf een kaasschaaf was aanwezig. Ook is er de mogelijkheid een wasje te draaien en alles is zeer nieuw en goed onderhouden. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad en kunnen dit huis echt aanbevelen.

foto's van het huis op belvilla en het huis in real-life waren 1 op 1. het huis was groot genoeg voor een gezin van 4. Bij aankomst werd het huis schoongemaakt en mochten we zelfs er al 30min eerder in. Super aardige mensen hebben ons ontvangen. communicatie is wel in het Frans maar 1 dame sprak prima te verstaan Engels waarmee we konden communiceren. Het huis was op en top schoon! Sanitair was super schoon en dit is uiteraard altijd heel prettig. De keuken is zeer ruim. zelfs een ijsblokjes machine! met een bar aan het keukenblad vast waar we lekker konden eten maar direct ook konden genieten van een prachtig uitzicht. met op de top van de heuvel een trein die vaak genoeg langs reed. Omgeving van het huis is fantastisch. met een schommel (vastgemaakt aan een tak van een boom) konden de kinderen zwaaien over de geitjes van de buren. In 1 kinderkamer staat een air hockey tafel, buiten ook nog een voetbaldoel. hier is dan ook plezierig gebruik van gemaakt. Woonkamer is lekker ruim opgezet met een heerlijke lounge bank in het midden! Helaas deed de openhaard het niet (dit was bij de borgsom betalen aan ons medegedeeld) In de omgeving van Durbuy is meer dan genoeg te zien en te doen. Er was alleen 1 minpunt: de kleine douchekop bleek defect (gelukkig de eigenaar weten te overtuigen met behulp van foto's) dat dat bij aankomst helaas al zo was. maar de douche had gelukkig een grote regendouche kop aan het plafond waar we dan ook met veel plezier van gebruik hebben gemaakt. al met al een goed en ruim huis in een hele prachtige omgeving.
