"The outside looks great but once I opened the door to our room we were greeted with the strong horrible smell of cat urine!!!! Had to use half the bottle of dawn air freshener to get the room to a tolerable smell. The tv in the bedroom only had 4 working channels and the tv in the living room had no working remote! Pool was great and will stay for breakfast maybe I’ll add another review if it’s great if not won’t be another review."

"The age of this hotel shows. A fresh coat of paint and some minor fixture repairs would go a long way. Helpful staff added a lot to the stay. The free breakfast was OK, not great."

"Breakfast wasn’t great - no toaster and ‘fake’ eggs and protein. The mattress was really hard - like an old coil spring and the frame was metal and made a ton of noise. Barely any blankets. The room felt very damp. It was clean so but otherwise not the most comfortable stay."

"Unfortunately, this was one of the least enjoyable hotel stays we’ve had. The room appeared old, poorly maintained, and not very clean. The pillowcases looked worn and stained, the carpet felt dirty, and several of the bed linens were torn. The bathroom was especially disappointing. The shower had visible rust, and the water never became more than lukewarm. "Couldn’t connect to the wifi or watch tv but other than that great!"

"We have stayed at this location multiple times and have enjoyed every stay. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly. We were there over Memorial Day Weekend, and there were little league teams and the boys were running around the whole hotel, so it was loud. The pool is a little cold, but the hot tub is great."

"No breakfast, had cereal and no milk, asked and they appologized and did not have any. Only breakfast was a loaf of bread and a toaster with peanut butter. No coffee. This was at 7am. room was dirty and had hair in shower, beds where made poorly. T.v did not work and lights flickered. Worst hotel i have ever stayed at. "

"The 1st thing you notice when entering to check in is that the place smelled like cigarette smoke. I guess they still allow smoking in the casino. Fortunately, I couldn't smell it in the room. The room had a mini-fridge that I used for leftovers, but there was no place to reheat them. I had to take them to the front desk to have them heat them up for me in the back. "The greeting staff at check-in was very unhelpful. The cleanest of building and room were very poor for the $150 that I paid for the hot tub room. It was not worth it The TV didn’t work correctly I had to go get three different remotes. I would not recommend this to any of my friends or family traveling to the Quad cities. They have no maintenance staff. I was very disappointed for the money I spent."

"We stop here at least once a yr in our travels. This year it was not a great experience. The room smelled of dog pee and carpet was stained in all major walkways. The room was very humid maybe because right next to the pool area. The breakfast was typical except the waffle machine was broke and didn't show time so waffles ended up burnt. We went to restaurant next to property for breakfast."
