Beach Home with Pool, Sleeps 8

Alligator House is a four-bedroom family home within two minutes’ walk of the world-renowned Harbour Island pink sands beach. The house is in the exclusive Narrows end of the island, within easy walking distance or a five-minute golf-cart ride from the shops and restaurants of historic Dunmore Town.

RO (reverse osmosis) well & water supply.
Back-up generator for power-outages.
High-speed internet.
Manager & Housekeeper, gardener (who also does the beach set-up)

All bathrooms are shower rooms (no bathtubs). Kitchen area with fridge, microwave, electric oven and stovetop, dishwasher, blender, nespresso machine. N.B., this is a 10-year old island kitchen, not a chef’s kitchen!

As this is our private family home, we would like to ask you for some information about your group (number of people, children, family, couples, etc).

We loved staying at Alligator House! The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with! The home was wonderful with children as there was a pool, and it was very close to the beach. We could also take a quick walk on the beach to the nearby resorts for meals which was a nice surprise! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great house and amazing hosts!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alligator house. The house itself is very sweet and in the Bahamian sheik theme. Perfect layout for 4 adult couples. Short walk to the beach. Would stay again!

Loved the location and island!

PERFECT STAY!

We rented Alligator House to celebrate my 50th birthday and the experience was exceptional. I could not of asked for a more perfect house location with beach access and a pool. The house is well appointed (fully stocked kitchen) and very comfortable living spaces. There were 4 couples and we each had our own space to have privacy with the main living space to hangout and cook with a gorgeous view.

Amazing Family Thanksgiving trip!

Great location, everything you would need on the island

We had so much fun staying here as a group! Everyone had their own separate space, air conditioning, and a great kitchen and living space. The pool was wonderful but the walk to the beach and how private it felt really made it special. Irma and George really made it easy and feel a step above a typical VRBO experience. We would definitely come here again! Thanks!

An absolutely beautiful stay

My family and I stayed at Alligator House to celebrate my father's 70th birthday. We were enthralled by this special home, with its different rooms and spacious living room opening up to an incredible view. Just steps away from the beach and near the center of town, we got the full Harbor Island experience! We hope to be back again sometime in the future.

Perfect vacation house

This house is absolutely incredible!! The location is beautiful overlooking the most gorgeous pink sand beach. The house itself is so well laid out with plenty of space for everyone to have their own space as well as large and beautiful common space to be together. This was my fifth time visiting Harbour Island and this is my favorite house by far!!

Just Beautiful!

Alligator House was the perfect location for our girls’ getaway...close to town, just a 5-10 min golf cart ride to wonderful restaurants (or a quick stroll down the beach for lunch or dinner)...yet still secluded and private, perched just above the amazingly beautiful pink sand beach. Four generation family trip

The home and it’s location are outstanding. The pink sand beach, a 2 minute walk down the path, is the prettiest beach we have ever seen. The home is well staffed.
