Provost Road is a charming two bedroom flat in Dundee, offering a comfortable base for couples, professionals or small groups. It blends modern interiors with a simple, easy layout, sleeping up to four guests. There`s no dedicated living room, but the space is arranged so guests can still relax comfortably.

The flat is arranged over one level once inside. There are two bedrooms, both with king size beds, one with an added chair, natural light, and storage for clothing and personal items. The bathroom is shared and includes a bath with a shower over.

A dining table seating four doubles as a workspace, alongside a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine and essential appliances.

Guest Access and Important Information

The property is accessed via a communal entrance and external stairs, around fifteen steps, with no lift. This is a traditional Dundee tenement block, shared with other residents. Please note carefully: as is typical for tenements in this area, the building`s main street door does not lock. This is normal for the area, but if security is a top priority for you, please contact us before booking.

Entry to the flat itself is via a digital lock system rather than a lockbox, so once you`re inside your own front door, you`re fully secure.

You may occasionally hear noise from neighbours or the street. We provide a fan and earplugs for guests who prefer extra quiet.

The flat is heated throughout. Communal areas are traditional and fairly basic, so guests are asked to be respectful of neighbours and keep noise down.
