This cozy and inviting getaway features a modern design, a stunning stone fireplace, and breathtaking views. Whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen, enjoy the outdoor seating, and unwind in the newly added private sauna. Explore local attractions, indulge in outdoor adventures, or simply rejuvenate at a nearby spa. Book your stay today and create memories that will last a lifetime!

🚫 LIMITED AMENITIES & RESTRICTION 🚫
• Guests have access to the main level, outdoor deck/porch, and surrounding property. Although the owners won't be present during your stay, the lower level is reserved for them. We kindly ask guests to respect their privacy and avoid entering that space.
• Please be aware that this mountain retreat does not have air conditioning, as it benefits from the cooler temperatures of its elevated location. However, ceiling fan and a radiant heat system ensure comfort throughout the seasons.
• We are limited to satellite internet, which means there is just not enough bandwidth to stream anything. We pay for the best Wi-Fi available, and it's still not good enough. It's our only internet option here for now.

❄️ WINTER RESERVATIONS ❄️
• Guests must have a 4-wheel drive vehicle equipped with snow-capable tires. Rear-wheel-drive vehicles are not recommended.
• While the road to the cabin is regularly plowed, guests may need to clear the walkway and parking area themselves.

📷 Please note that we have installed a single exterior camera facing the deck/shed to ensure the safety and security of both our guests and the property. There are no cameras inside the property. Our cameras are motion-activated and recordings are stored in the cloud. There is also a noise detection device installed at the cabin, but it is no longer active. Do not unplug or tamper with any security devices, including the Ring Camera, or any other essential devices.

- ABOUT OUR BOOKING REQUIREMENTS -

📝 Rental Agreement & Government ID:
Our insurance company requires a clear definition of the guest-host relationship, hence the need for a rental agreement. This agreement confirms the terms between our guests and our company. The signer of the rental agreement must match the government ID provided.

💳 Security Deposit:
A security deposit "hold" of $500 is required for all reservations. It is a temporary hold on the card processed by "Stripe," a widely trusted credit card processor. This hold will take place 2 days before your arrival and will be released 2 days after your departure, provided that the property is left in good condition and the house rules are followed.

✅ These requirements are standard for all our properties and are part of our commitment to maintaining the properties we manage on behalf of our owners. They provide assurance to our property owners and protect us from situations where damage caused by guests may not be adequately covered by platform protections.

Wonderful stay, increasingly peaceful with the stream right outside the back door. It was amazing to get away and just listen to the sounds throughout the day. Wonderful hosts that were very accommodating to our request to add extra days to the stay! Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic!

Next to a beautiful mountain stream, clean and inviting, great sauna, responsive communication before arrival, all contributed to a wonderful stay in a beautiful property. Although there is a controversy within the POA (Property Owners Association,) the tacky signs actually added an element of humor from a supposed "grumpy" neighbor. God's amazing creation completely overshadowed and out-weighed the stunning beauty and peaceful solitude of this wonderful place. We'll be back!

Gorgeous Cabin with rushing creek!

We loved this place. Gorgeous drive up the road to get there following the creek. We saw deer and rabbits. The cabin is stunning with a wall of windows overlooking the creek. We enjoyed drinks on the deck watching the water rush by. We also brought portable Hummingbird feeders and had Hummingbirds every day! Comfy bed!

Christmas Season in The Rockies

We loved the location and the fact it was secluded (with snow being at a higher elevation) but not too far from the action! We saw a herd of 10 Big Horn Sheep at the bottom of the hill on day, which was very exciting! 4-wheel or all-wheel drive required in the winter, but would enjoy the place in the summer as well. We had a lovely time!

beautiful getaway

My friend and I really enjoyed a quiet, peaceful weekend. The property was exactly as listed. The owners are installing a sauna which we were disappointed we didn't get to use but will be great for future guests. Overall a beautiful getaway house.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because there was concerns from management that a deep scratch was found in the hardwood flooring. It was nerve wracking to think we may be charged for something we didn't cause but the management company was extremely professional and the issue was resolved.

Beautiful place to stay! Great location!

Everything was clean and comfortable. All the extra touches were greatly appreciated. Love the location! Quiet, not a lot of traffic was really nice. You will not regret staying in this home.

Midweek mountain visit

Peaceful Getaway

The home was beautiful and had all the amenities needed. The bedroom was a little small and is lacking anywhere to store your belongings. We had to leave our clothes in our suitcases in the living room. There was a mis-communication between the homeowner and the property manager and workers showed up to do some landscaping. After a couple of messages, the work was rescheduled as to no interrupt our vacation. Listening to the soothing sounds of the river outside was amazing and the wildlife we saw when driving to and from the home was great. Would definitely stay again.

Great, cozy location

This was a fun place to stay for a few days. The creek was bigger and louder than expected but it was beautiful. I just had to remind myself that it was the creek when I thought it was pouring rain outside. The property is clean and well taken care of. Would definitely visit again!

Love this little cabin in the mountains

The cabin is well represented by the online photos. It’s so cozy and comfy. The gas fireplace worked great, added warmth and atmosphere. We loved cracking the door open and hearing the river below. We were there in May and had a wonderful surprise with a couple inches of snow. Being from Texas this added positively to our trip. Bedroom is very small and limited storage. Kitchen is well equipped and has a very nice gas stove. Easy to cook in.

This was one of the best vacation rentals ever!

My girlfriend and I intentionally waited to respond to the review to make sure we weren't just recovering from altitude sickness to say how amazing & how much we loved this property! It was quiet, clean, and the snowfall made everything perfect for snuggling in front of the fireplace. Do not go in the winter without 4WD, and be sure to bring good food to cook on the well appointed kitchen. Close enough to Breckinridge, but far enough away to not worry about crowds and hassles.

Beautiful Cabin

The cabin was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. The view from the windows was incredible with many brook trout to see in the water. It even snowed while we were there! As folks from Michigan this was a very special experience. Thank you for the opportunity to stay!
