Experience the best of Duluth from our luxurious urban retreat, Superior + Lake Stays. This well-appointed, roomy 2,200 sq ft. condo has 3 sleeping areas, 2.5 baths - including steam shower in master, high end appliances, and plenty of spaces for guests to spread out and enjoy.

Located on the corner of Superior Street and Lake Avenue, this intersection is the gateway to the city! Easy access to I-35 and minutes away from every neighborhood in Duluth! Second floor condo in very private and secure building. Escape the traffic of Canal Park while being close enough to enjoy all the amenities!

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check-in is after 4 PM local time, and check-out is 11 AM.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
“Superior + Lake” has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

WHRE CAN ADDITIONAL CARS PARK?
There is a private one stall garage space attached to the condo building. For additional vehicles, there is metered street parking during the week and free on the weekends. There is also a parking garage directly across the street that charges $12/day.

HOW IS THE WIFI?
Blazing Fast!

IS THERE AN ELEVATOR?
No, but you don't need one! When entering through the alley garage space there is only one small step into the building, then its single level living! When entering or exiting through the street level door there is a half flight of stairs.

YOU HAVE CABLE OR STREAMING CHANNELS AVAILABLE?
Each TV is a Smart TV and each guest can log into their own streaming channel. Cable or local TV not provided, only available by logging into your personal streaming account.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, staff, etc. so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

CAN I BRING MY PET?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to the lack of outdoor green space nearby.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
We provide a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. Please let us know prior to check-in.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
“Superior + Lake” has a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crockpot and blender. Home is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls, and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew, measuring spoons, and more. Both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, as well as a spices, salt, and pepper.

There are bath towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry detergent.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM GUEST NUMBERS ALLOWED?
You can bring in 8 overnight guests total.

In this time of travel uncertainty, please protect yourself with travel insurance if losing your reservation would be a financial hardship for you.

Outstanding space for three generations to gather for the holidays. Comfy beds and well equipped. Bonus to have the foosball and other game in the main space. Layout was perfect for allowing people to be up and gather and not keep others awake. We were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go as well. We'd definitely stay here again (and hope to!).

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The kitchen was absolutely amazing—fully equipped with everything we needed to cook and feel at home. The master bath was a true highlight, featuring an incredible soaking tub and a steam shower that made for the ultimate relaxation after a long day of exploring. The property itself was clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches like Kleenex provided throughout and welcome snacks. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is ideal, with easy access to the Lake Superior path, coffee shops, restaurants, and the hockey arena. The only minor drawback was the presence of some homeless individuals in the area, but they kept to themselves and didn’t impact our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended!

The property is high end! Well equipped, thoughtful extra details like snacks, Fiji water in each bedroom, extra linens, fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful decorating and comfortable! We are a family of 5 and it suited us perfectly. The shuffle board and foos ball games were perfect!

Beautiful condo in a great downtown location, convenient to many fun things to do! Plenty of space for a big family to spread out and relax. Well stocked, super clean and just an all around enjoyable stay! We highly recommend.
