Clean and near the heart of downtown Dubuque

Very cute, cozy, and convenient. Has its own driveway and right near the heart of downtown Dubuque, easy walking distance in good weather. Would stay here again if back in the area.

We had a great stay in Dubuque. The property is excellent and has really responsive owners. We'll definitely try and get back next year.

A lovely rental property. Highly recommend this rental and location. Accommodations in rental were nice and above average. Convenient to historic sights and restaurants. Host was responsive to questions.

Great time together!

Townhome was lovely and very comfortable! Great location--easy to walk to downtown Dubuque. Host was very responsive. Had a great few days together as a family, showing the kids some of the places and restaurants we've enjoyed in the area over the last several years.

Everything was provided that we needed for a short stay. It is a very old building but it was a cool place to stay to be in the vibe of the old part of the city. ( Which is exactly what we were looking for!)The street that this property is located on is very tight for a large vehicle. I drive an Expedition Max and it was a little scary maneuvering down the tight one way street and parking.

Very adequate house for our stay

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and ease of checking in. This is a quaint old house with large bedrooms. Once we found the fans we were able to cool the upstairs rooms nicely.

College friends got together for a fun weekend of shopping and sightseeing. Host was responsive to our needs. Very nice to have 3 bedrooms and two bath for 5 of us.

House was just as expected. Plenty of space. Beautiful setting. Perfect location, close to shops, coffee, pubs and restaurants. We walked everywhere.

Charming house with everything you'd need!

Six of us stayed for a long weekend for a family wedding. There was plenty of room to enjoy each other's company on the main floor. Great kitchen space, and the outdoor patio is gorgeous staring straight at a bluff. Comfy beds, cute decor, and a great location! We would absolutely stay here again. The only drawback is there's only one shower (1.5 bathrooms), so plan accordingly!
