  • El APARTAMENTO MÁGICO se encuentra a las afueras de la histórica Ciudad Vieja de Dubrovnik, a cinco minutos a pie, con una vista impresionante de la Ciudad Vieja, la Isla Lokrum y las aguas abiertas del Adriático.

    El APARTAMENTO MÁGICO tiene un encanto innegable que nunca deja de complacer a nuestros huéspedes. Disfrutará del ambiente hogareño y la sensación de serenidad y confort. Las habitaciones no son demasiado grandes pero se sienten espaciosas, con todas las comodidades necesarias a su disposición y, lo más importante, una vista panorámica notable.

    El apartamento consta de un dormitorio (2 personas) que se puede configurar como una habitación con cama doble o una habitación con dos camas individuales, un baño con lavadora y un comedor con una cama extra lo suficientemente grande (160x200 cm) para que dos personas adultas puedan compartir cómodamente, y una cocina totalmente equipada.

    Durante su estadía, haremos todo lo posible para brindarle cualquier información que pueda necesitar, ya sea recomendaciones para restaurantes, playas, salidas nocturnas, excursiones de un día, excursiones, etc.

Clean, comfortable and convenient for the old town.Robert was a great host, ensuring we found the apartment which was straight forward using google maps. The apartment was positioned in a quiet spot just up the steps from the old town

Excellent Location

Attractive, well stocked, roomy apartment with fabulous view of old Dubrovnik and the Adriatic Sea. Host was warm and hospitable. Gave us great tips on restaurants and getting around the city.

Sweet spot to land

Great host who communicated well and met our taxi to show us our apartment. Location was great ( stairs to get there) but restaurants near by as well as grocery store. Good bus line near and close to the tram cars.

Beautiful place right above Kings Host communicated very well. Parking was offsite, but the host picked us up and drove us to the apartment. Are you ready to walk up steps as there's a lot but you get a workout just by walking around which is nice

Great little place high up on the mountain. Lots of steps to get there, but it really feels like you’re living in the neighborhood. Bus stop, restaurant, and shop nearby. Host lived next door and was very accommodating, offering to drive us to the airport at 5 am!

Truly magic!

We had a great stay at Magic Apartment. Our host Sergiusz was very helpful, offering us extra instruction to get to the apartment. He showed us around when we got there, and recommended a few places in town to eat. The apartment itself was spotless and cozy. If we are ever back in Dubrovnik, this is where we'll stay!

We had a very pleasant stay in Magic apartment. Great view of the old city. Walkable to everything, and if needed, stop bus is just but a few steps away. Most of all, the very kind and helpful host Sergiusz and his wife, were very prompt and with a heart to make sure that their guest will have a good experience. Highly recommended.

Great Stay!

We recently had a very nice stay at the Magic Apartment. Great communication with our host, Sergiusz, who also helped us with parking for our rental car and gave us some good recommendations in the area. Although a little outdated, the apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable during our 2 night stay. Lots of stairs, but an amazing view!

Perfect!

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Our host picked us up at the airport which made our arrival easy and convenient. He helped us find an amazing restaurant and answered all of our questions. A/C worked very well during a heat wave! Best of all was the location. Perfectly situated to easily access everything. We highly recommend this property!

This place is small but perfectly located by the old town. We didn't spend much time at the apartment besides sleeping but the location made it easy to roam around the city and go back to drop stuff off. The owner was very helpful and arranged transportation to and from the apartment. We also got restaurant recommendations and they all were fantastic. We look forward to returning to the Magic Apartment.

This apartment was a great intro, because there were stairs! It was quaint, but everything worked, and we were able to catch up on some laundry thanks to the washing machine. The landlord was very nice, and he shared tips on where to go as we continued north in Croatia.

Great place to stay

The Magic Apartment is a great place to stay in Dubrovnik. It's situated just outside the walled city giving you an amazing view of the city and the sea. The apartment is clean, adorable, and secure. Sergiusz is a great host and was gracious with our arrival and departure plans. It's also thanks to him I didn't forget my backpack. If you are looking for a place to stay in this area, I highly recommend staying at The Magic Apartment.

Three night stay in Dubrovnik

We arrived just before several days of significant rainfall, but enjoyed our stay at the Magic apartment. The host was helpful in attaining a free parking space 20 minutes walk away and in carrying our luggage several hundred meters up to the apartment. The apartment has everything you could need for your stay, including a well equipped kitchen and a washing machine.

Fantastic view and location

The view was absolutely spectacular. The apartment comfortable and well-equipped for light cooking. Nice bathroom/shower and bedroom. The host was discreet but available, very friendly, and extremely helpful. Driving in Dubrovnik is difficult and parking is extremely expensive; Serguisz's advice and help were crucial saving us a lot of trouble and expense. His recommendations for touring and restaurants were excellent.

Sergiusz was most helpful for us first time visitors to Dubrovnic. Most importantly, the bed was very comfortable and the neighbourhood very quiet. Great for getting good rest.

The help for us finding a free parking place was outstanding. It is a bit of a walk up the stairs with the suitcases but the view you see out of the apartment is really worth it. If you are with 4 people there is a sofabed that is big and comfortable enough.

nice apartment in a quiet area

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment which is a short 5-10min walking distance from Stradun (center of the old city). The apartment is in the quiet area, on the hill just above the city walls and the kitchen window has a great view on the old city and is just above the Minceta tower (highest tower on the wall). The host is very nice and will help you with parking in case that you are visiting Dubrovnik with a car. The pullout for the kids in the kitchen is very comfortable to sleep in.
