Lovely Terrace, Perfect Location: 3 Minute Walk to Old Town and Beach

This charming historic apartment with shaded terrace is located just three minutes walk from the Old Town gate and Dubrovnik's most popular beach, in a quiet residential neighborhood near shops and restaurants. Master bedroom plus adjacent sleeping area provides spacious accommodation for a couple, a group of friends, or a family with children. Air conditioning, wifi, washing machine and brand new kitchenette.

This authentic Dubrovnik family home features open stone work, mosaic tile floors and other artistic touches throughout. The master bedroom upstairs features original antique wood furniture, a king sized bed and views of the Old Town, Lokrum Island and the Adriatic Sea. The adjacent second bedroom features one standard single bed, and a second comfortable fold out single.

The kitchenette includes 2-burner stove top, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker and microwave. The apartment stays comfortably cool in summer with two air conditioning units. Paid off site parking is available upon request. Parking MUST BE RESERVED IN ADVANCE.

The apartment is located within easy walking distance from all Dubrovnik’s most popular attractions, shops, markets, bakery, restaurants and bus lines.

Bedrooms are located on the upper floor, accessed by a staircase. The stairs are very sturdy, but a bit steep. Therefore, this apartment is not recommended for guests with limited mobility. The second bedroom is an open room at the top of the staircase.

This was a cute 2 story apartment in the heart of everything. Just outside the city you can see the castle walls from the terrace. It’s a very old and authentic family home with pictures of the original owners throughout. Host was easy to reach and they offered all sorts of brochures and ideas to do in the city. There are stairs to go to the bedroom, and to get to the apartment. But if you have issues with stairs you probably wouldn’t like Dubrovnik anyway.
I loved the terrace.

Rebecca was a fabulous host. She went out of her way to ensure we had ground coffee for our stay. The location, just outside the east gate to Old Town, was perfect. We would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to Dubrovnik.

This small apartment is perfectly placed to access the old town. There's no vehicle access, but our host arranged to meet us close by, and helped take the luggage down some stairs. The kitchenette, terrace and fridge were great to have. Restaurants are expensive, so a simple meal at the apartment was perfect.

Ideal location to walk into Old Town and the fabulous dining there. Rebecca met us, showed us the property, and gave us excellent suggestions for dining AND scheduled a car to take us to the airport. Perfect place for the last two nights of our Croatia time.

Pros:For the price, this place is amazing!It is perfectly located next to old town Dubrovnik and the fortress, and the patio is quite charming with a peekaboo view of the sea!It is super clean and charming.The landlady is VERY nice.Cons:I deducted one star for the fact that the stairs are super steep and the bedrooms are upstairs and the only bathroom is downstairs, so if you need to use the bathroom during the night, it is a hazard. I have to add that i am writing as an American, and those things are more common in Europe.The second thing that is not mentioned is that one bedroom is a proper one, and the second one is a walk- through. For us it didn’t really matter as we were two adults an elderly person who had to sleep on the couch in the living room( due to the stairs), but if you have, say, two couples, it is not ideal.Another thing is, as some of the furniture is of the era of the house, the bed kept me awake as it would make super loud popping noises throughout the night. I am talking about looooud noises. All in all, it is a great place!

This is an excellent location for a trip to Dubrovnik! The hosts were wonderful with communicating about check in and where to park. They were helpful and kind and went out of their way to be sure our time in the city was wonderful. The apartment was spacious and all set up for our kids so that they could immediately come in to their separate beds ready. The air was nice and cool with the weather was so very hot outside. The beds were comfortable and the shower worked great! It was interesting reading about the history of the apartment in the information book available. The apartment has been in the family for years with a rich history! If I was to visit Dubrovnik in the future, I would happily stay here again!

Lovely little place with a fantastic location.

Very charming place with lots of character. We loved the little terrace outside so we could enjoy a meal or a coffee with a nice view. It was nice to be close to the center but far enough away to enjoy some peace.

Lovely property in the perfect location! The hosts were communicative and very helpful. The location was great, with a short walk to old town and the beach. Stayed with my wife and two adult children, place was just above the city walls. Easy walking, very convenient. Manager was a bit slow on responses to questions but a 5/5 overall. Would recommend to anyone, friends, family.

Perfect for couple getaway

Great location close to old town. Plenty of space for a couple in this historic apartment. As noted on the property description the stairs are steep and non standard so one would want to be fit enough to climb them..or use the futon downstairs in livingroom. Bathroom is downstairs. Any issues or questions we had were dealt with very promptly by the host.

Wonderful location; charming home

Loved this stay. Building is small but very comfortable and we had no problem cooking in the kitchen. Stairs up to bedroom require care but good handrails help. Home is charming and family owned for over 150 years. Location is superb. Very close to Old Town, grocery, and airport shuttle. Host responded quickly to any messages. Would choose this location again.

Step up to Dubrovnik

Loved the location, history of the city and the apartment. Original floors, photos and antiques gave the apartment a homey touch. Ferry and Bus transportation a short walk. We loved being able to access the old city so easily and to walk down and watch the boats in the harbour. We had a great time !

Historic apartment near Old Town Dubrovnik! The patio was a wonderful place to spend enjoying the view! The short walk to Old Town, restaurants, and grocery were incredibly convenient! The host, Rebecca, was easy to reach with questions and very accommodating! Would absolutely recommend!
