Holiday Dream House Legosi

  • This beautiful terraced stone house is located directly on the beach in Stikovica. There is a panoramic view looking the sea and the Zaton bay. The perfect family holiday home consists of two storeys and is equipped in a modern way with all necessary appliances. On the lower floor, there is a spacious living room, a kitchen with dining room, a bedroom and a bathroom, while on the second floor there are two bedrooms with bathrooms and a large balcony with a sea view, where guests can enjoy the breath-taking sunsets. At the back of the house, there is a terrace with a barbeque and garden furniture. The plot is decorated with pretty Mediterranean flowers. The holiday home is ideal for larger families with children and everybody else who want to enjoy the sea and all Dubrovnik has to offer but still be out of busy and crowded city centre. The house is proud owner of 4 star category given by official Croatian Tourism Board. It can comfortably fit 6 people. The direct proximity of pebble beach offers unforgettable moments. The nearby Dubrovnik is a place of entertainment, where inside the town walls you can find a beautiful town with numerous churches, palaces, monuments and Stradun the famous promenade for younger and older travellers from all over the world. Here you can enjoy sea activities, have fun until the morning or taste local specialties and wine.

This was the perfect place for our family vacation with a toddler. The house is in a great location, in front of a terrific beach, it’s well equipped, and there is easy parking, which can be hard to come by in Croatia. The restaurant next door is really good, and people were super friendly. Leo was a great host, providing anything we needed and communicating wrll

Fantastic location for family/group looking for relaxation on a beach, with easy access to Dubrovnik

This property is located on a serene bay and offers amazing views. It has nice living spaces and bedrooms, and direct access to the beach. It comfortably accommodated our family of 6. Having two kayaks available to guests enables endless exploration in the bay and nearby coves. It’s a short drive to Dubrovnik from here. We also enjoyed eating at the restaurant which is adjacent to the property. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for relaxing getaway in proximity to Dubrovnik.

Great Location on the beach

This property exceeded my expectations, the host was super accurate and friendly. Property is steps from the beach and next to two restaurants. Open the door and lay your towel down. Host had beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, beach towels and even a kayak for us to use. The Balcony is facing the beach. Sit and enjoy the views. Would 100% recommend.

Great place to stay for beach + city break

This place has a lot going for it. The accommodation is spotless, with a neutral/clean decor (no accent walls as per old pictures), spacious and well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The terrace is an amazing spot for sunsets. The kitchen door opens on outside tables from the restaurant downstairs but it didn’t bother us. The restaurant is quiet in the evening and closes fairly early. Considering the rarity of beaches in the area (mostly rocky swimming spots), this beach is a little gem. The water is crystal clear and very calm. Small pebbles, I’d recommend swim shoes but most people seem ok bare foot. It’s a ‘family’ beach, people just sit on their towels. It was great to have the sun beds/ deck chairs/parasols from the rental at our disposal. In August, it was relatively quiet until 4pm and then got very busy until 7pm. You can rent paddle boards and boats there. The downside is that there isn’t much there other than the beach, that’s why I took off 1 star. There are indeed 2 restaurants (the pizza place is nice) but no shops and nowhere to walk around. Dubrovnik is relatively close by car but tricky for parking in August so Uber is easier (15 to 20 euros one way). But overall we’ve had a very nice, relaxing stay and I recommend it.

Wonderful stay for 2 nights, wish it was longer. Leo was a great host and went above and beyond to accommodate as we booked last minute. He gave us wonderful recommendations for dinner and nearby grocery and towns to visit. The balcony was so relaxing in the morning and the evening sunset. The beach was relaxing and the water so clear. We loved the kayak that was included with the rental- this was our favorite addition to the stay.

Perfect house and location!

I couldn’t have asked for a better house. The host was very nice, accommodating and responsive, even went as far as scheduling a car to pick us up from the airport. The house was very clean, fully stocked and equipped (fully stocked kitchen with appliances and basic spices, clothes iron, blow dryer, etc.). The location is perfect, the house is right on the beach and only a 10 minute drive to Old Town Dubrovnik.

Très bien

Très bon séjour passé dans cette location, accueil agréable. La maison est très agréable aussi avec accès direct à une petite plage. Le lieu est tranquille. Bien situé, pas loin de Dubrovnik, à peine 10mn en voiture.

Super séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, hôtes très sympathiques et de bons conseils. Emplacement au bord de l'eau, 3 grandes chambres, 3 sdb, une cuisine d'été juste Parfait. Seul petit bémol les tables du restaurant d'à côté donnant sur la cuisine. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Amazing Vacation

The property location is perfect. There are three restaurants nearby and the beach is a minutes walk. Property manager is very welcoming and accommodating. Will return again when the chance arrises.

Tolles Reihenmittelhaus an schöner Bucht

Rundherum ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Gerade mitKindern ist die Lage direkt am Strand fantastisch. Toll war auch das Kanu, das wir gerne nutzten. Freundlicher Check-Inn. Sauberes großes Haus. Perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub. Direkt vor den Ausgang ist ein schönes kleines Restaurant, wo man gut Essen kann. Durch das Restaurant entsteht aber keine Lärmbelästigung.

Dream vacation

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Mainly because of the location Of the house. In the mornings you could easy jump into the sea, only few people from the village would be there. You have to cross the restaurant in the back entrance which is such a funny detail. The whole beach was like film scenery with people that we meet every day again. Because of the closeness to the beach, It felt like an extension Of the living room. The house has different situations that you could use according to the daytime. We usually had breakfast on the terrace, dinner or barbecue Omar the back courtyard and lunch at the beach directly. The restaurants and neighbors around we so close, we felt very welcomed and homey. A big Thank you to Leo and his parents! Especially his mom and her welcome drink!
