  • Un elegante apartamento de 1 dormitorio ubicado en el corazón del casco antiguo de Dubrovnik, en la calle más bonita de Stradun, justo enfrente del famoso monasterio franciscano. El complejo franciscano tiene uno de los claustros románicos más bellos de la costa croata, así como la farmacia Friars Minor, que es la tercera farmacia en funcionamiento más antigua del mundo. Este apartamento recientemente renovado se encuentra en el primer piso de un edificio centenario, a pocos pasos de restaurantes, tiendas, atracciones, eventos y vida nocturna. La famosa playa de Banje y el puerto de la Ciudad Vieja, desde donde se puede tomar un barco a la cercana isla de Lokrum, están a solo 10 minutos a pie del apartamento. 



    Este luminoso apartamento tiene techos altos y una decoración moderna y elegante, cuenta con un dormitorio con cama doble, baño, cocina con comedor / sala de estar y mesa para 4 personas. También hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar con capacidad para 2 personas adicionales. Los grandes ventanales de la sala de estar ofrecen una magnífica vista del valioso portal gótico renacentista de la iglesia franciscana esculpido en 1498. Las comodidades incluyen: una cocina bien equipada con microondas, lavavajillas, horno, nevera, hervidor, cafetera, tostadora, aire acondicionado (dormitorio y sala de estar), TV satélite, WiFi, calefacción por suelo radiante, lavadora, plancha, tabla de planchar y un secador de pelo.  


    Esta propiedad es ideal para aquellos que desean estar en el centro con todo lo que tiene para ofrecer. Hay un tramo de escaleras que conducen al apartamento, que se encuentra en el primer piso del edificio. Se puede combinar con los apartamentos cercanos Hedera A5, A6, A31, A33 y A34 para alojar hasta 29 huéspedes.

Fantastic location.

We had a wonderful time at your location. So convenient to everything. arranged for transfers and helped us with our luggage. The information they supplied was perfect for the unit. We loved it and would stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The first thing that stood out was how clean and tidy everything was from the moment we walked in. The space was well-kept, organized, and clearly cared for, which made it easy to feel comfortable and at home right away. All the amenities were in excellent condition, and the apartment had everything we needed for a hassle-free stay.

Great apartment in the heart of old town

The apartment itself was great! Nicely decorated, very clean, felt safe. It was right in the middle of old town, which was great from a convenience standpoint. It was a bit noisy at night (until the wee hours of the night) with music and restaurants / bars nearby, but overall it was great!

This is a great apartment right in the centre of the action. Live music in the bar opposite every evening and a great breakfast included each morning. The apartment is clean and comfortable and a stones throw from all the fantastic bars and restaurants in the centre of the old town. If you want to be able to fully experience the old town, this is the base for you. If you’re looking for quiet seclusion, look elsewhere. We were very pleased with the communication throughout and the hosts were very quick to answer any questions we had. Thank you once again!

Lovely apartment, nice space. You do need to bring your own soap, shampoo, coffee and laundry soap.

Perfect location

The location could not be any better. The apartment is right off the main street in old town making it super easy to get around. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything you might need. The AC worked very well which was great during the heat wave. It is loud at night as crowds are out and about all night long but it didn’t bother us and we had no trouble sleeping.

In the heart of old town

If you want to be close to everything this is the perfect place. If you want quiet , maybe not The street noise does not stop until 11pm. And the early morning noise starts at 6:30 am . But that did t bother us. Clean, modern and In The heart of old town. . Wonderful Stay !

A Gem in Old Town

From start to finish the Hedera staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The apartment was bright and clean…perfect for our stay in Old Town Dubrovnik. The apartment was well situated for seeing all the sites and feasting on amazing food. While it does get noisy at night ( the piano bar and singer at Cafe Festical was a treat to listen to) ear plugs did the trick ( I wear them regularly so not a problem). The weather could have been better but that’s life. We would definitely recommend Hedera A2.

Great location but noisy

Great location and nice apartment. Very noisy. Cafe festival which is diagonal to this location has live music very late. Also people walking home late at night after bars were very loud in the street. Great that there was a washing machine. Door from the street needs oil as it was very loud. A shelf in the shower for soap/shampoo would be great. But you couldn't beat the location.

Perfect place

What a great place! Perfectly located right by Pile gate, tucked away on the first floor. The apartment is cozy, clean and more than adequately equipped with everything one can need. From appliances to utensils, the hosts have thought of everything. The only thing missing was a dryer but they provide a clothes line with pegs to hang dry clothes. Bathroom was clean, the bed and sofa bed were comfy. The hosts were so kind they had the sofa bed pulled out and set with sheets etc for our teenager before we arrived! The place is very close to a grocery store, and restaurants. The best part is that there are no stairs to climb other than the one flight to get to the first floor, so no hauling luggage all around Old Town.

Great value

Great location, very centrally located but also reasonably quiet at night, the appartement is well designed and fully equipped. Staff was very helpful all the way from the booking till departure. Everything was just perfect. So much better than staying outside of the Old City !!!
