The space
Our Lovely Studio facing the marina welcomes everyone with a vibrant view. Yes, the apartment overlooks the marina and palm skyline. This cozy place as much to offer and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It is situated on the 3rd floor with hassle free access to nearby beach clubs, bars and restaurants. As the studio is right in middle of the 8th wonder, the vibe is just fantastic at all times.

WIFI, Pool & Beach access is free.

Check in time starts from 2-3PM, we do entertain late night check-ins.
Check out should be done by or before 12PM.

We provide initial toiletries to pamper your long travel
Enough Coffee pods to keep you up thought out your stay

Restaurants and supermarkets are just few minutes away, can be accessed through online applications too.

It comes with one queen sized bed with one sofa-cum bed to accommodate your kids.

Laundry and other services contacts will be shared upon request.

Guest access
You will have to let us know your arrival time to prepare the apartment upon your check in.

Check In from 2-3PM, Check out before 12PM

Locker box code will be shared before your arrival, keys can be kept back in the same spot.

Other things to note
Ac Temperature : ideally maintain the temp at 20-25'C to have a pleasant stay.
House Cleaning : If you wish for cleaning assistance during your stay, can be done on additional charges.
Towels and Linen : Linen and towel change can be done on additional charges.
