Hey, please read ALL the ad. So, welcome to what we think is a truly awesome apartment. It's right in the middle of all the goings-on in Business Bay and literally 10/15 minutes from the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. There are lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk too without having to take any form of transport. The apartment is of a fine neutral taste. The views are glorious looking straight over Dubai skyline.

Our charming 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 55th floor so the views are fantastic. Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, other treats include a gym and swimming pool so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.
With a open plan bedroom/sitting room (complete with satellite T.V.!!), you'll also love the balcony which is great to enjoy the morning coffee and enjoy the fantastic views.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.
There is a private car parking space and the nearest supermarket is outside the front door as well as other useful shops. The nearest public transport is the Dubai Metro which is a 6mins by car.

The Neighborhood:
Straddling Dubai Creek, Business Bay is a contemporary financial district packed with corporate high-rises, stylish apartments buildings, and swanky hotels. Dubai Water Canal has jogging and cycling tracks plus a colourful mechanical waterfall. Mid-priced stores fill Bay Avenue mall, along with family-friendly dining options. Smart waterside restaurants serve Lebanese dishes, Asian street snacks, and high-end seafood.
Getting Around:
As in the description, but there are lots of taxis and Uber if you prefer.

SOFA BED:
PLEASE NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in. If the request is made after this time, I cannot guarantee the linens and towels will be provided and cannot guarantee the sofa bed will be made up by the housekeeping staff. Given this please make this a priority as we don’t want your stay affected.
COTS & HIGH CHAIRS:
If you require cots or high chairs then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150 per item
FOLDABLE CHAIR AND DESK:
If you require foldable chair and desk then there is ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150
ADDITIONAL CLEANING:
If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes.
AC TEMPERATURE:
Please note that as recommended by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the AC temperature will vary between 20-24 ℃ (depending on the temperature outside and the panel settings you control).
LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
