➞ I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid passport or GCC/Emirates ID for all guests aged 18+ prior to the check-in date.
Your ID will only serve the following purposes:
1- notify the building security to allow you access
2- register your stay with Dubai Tourism Department. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night.
➞ This is a self-check-in property and our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is strictly no later than 11:00 AM. AED 149 per hour for late check-out, subject to availability. Any approved checkout later than 11 will be charged at AED150 per hour Any check-out without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
➞ The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.
➞ Please treat the access cards with care, as lost or damaged cards will incur a replacement fee of AED1,000 each.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 2000 smoking fee
Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
Other things to note
Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts, and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 20 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government Vat rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and to be paid with the reservation

✦ All visitors must be registered first before they can access the property. Kindly send their Passport/Emirates ID (front and back clear scan or picture) at least 4 hours
2. Parties or gathering are NOT allowed
3. Check-In and Check-Out:
✦ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM.
✦ Check-out time is at 12:00 PM (Noon time).
Please ensure your room is vacated by this time to allow our staff adequate time to prepare for incoming guests. Early check in or late check out is available upon prior approval by management and against a fee.
4. Meals and Cleaning Services:
✦ Meals are not included in your stay.
✦ Daily room cleaning and linen changes are available upon request at an additional cost.
Please book these services at least one day in advance (subject to availability).
5. Valuables:
✦ Please safeguard your valuables, such as wallets, jewelry, mobile phones, laptops, and passports.
✦ A digital safe is provided in your unit for your convenience. We are not liable for any loss or damage to your personal belongings.
6. Noise and Consideration:
✦ Be mindful of your neighbors and other residents in the building.
✦ Keep noise levels down, especially during nighttime hours. Loud music is not permitted at any time.
