  • Esta casa se encuentra a 8 km del Arca y está a 64 km del Museo de la Creación. Estamos a solo 32 millas del aeropuerto de Greater Cincinnati. Estamos ubicados justo entre Cincinnati Ohio y Lexington Kentucky, a 2 millas de la Interestatal 75. Hay un gran lago ubicado a solo 6 millas de la casa.

    Gran casa antigua que se encuentra en un lote de acre. La granja con House fue comprada en 1943 por Cline y Pearl King. En ese momento se les dijo que la casa tenía 100 años y, dicho esto, se habría construido antes de la Guerra Civil. Nombraron la carretera Kings Heights y en los años 90 la ciudad la cambió a Kings Drive.
    A lo largo de los años la tierra de cultivo ha sido repartida. La parte de otras casas y la granja que queda es propiedad de un propietario privado, no de un miembro de la familia. La casa a lo largo de los años ha sido remodelada por dentro y por fuera, pero muchos de los restos antiguos.
    Ahora somos los bisnietos y les estamos dando a otros la oportunidad de disfrutar de la antigua casa y de ocasionales amaneceres y / o atardeceres.

Very relaxing stay. It was so nice to just visit with each other used the grill to cook steaks and potatoes that was very nice. So appreciative for the washer and dryer to reset for the rest of our journey if in this area again. This would be our pick

We enjoyed our stay at Granny’s house! Lawrence was very kind. The only negative was a few outlets didn’t work, so we have limited places to charge appliance. Otherwise it was a perfect weekend stay while visiting the nearby Ark Encounter.

Cute house. Very clean and welcoming. Parking was excellent. Very nicely stocked kitchen, had everything we need-Coffee pot and coffee pods was a very nice touch. Clean towels, comfy beds. 2 very nice size bathrooms, 2 big bedrooms- 1 with a queen bed and the other with 2 queen beds. There is an extra single bed in a cove between the bathrooms. The location was perfect if you are visiting the Ark Encounter. There were 5 of us- 4 sisters and a niece. We had a very nice stay at Granny’s House.

We chose this location for the proximity to the Ark Encounter and we were pleasantly surprised by a beautiful pre civil war home, it’s simple in decor but perfectly homey. We brought our 13 year old granddaughter with us and she really had an appreciation for the home as well, she thought it was cozy and that it is definitely a place kids would appreciate. My hubby spent time with Lawrence and enjoyed the history lesson of the home and adjacent land, Lawrence is a very kind man. I lived the bedrooms just so cozy and beautiful, bathrooms were very nice too! We lived our time here.

Loved staying at Granny’s House. Clean, spacious and convenient to the Ark and Walmart. Lots of shops close by. Enjoyed visiting with Mr. Lawrence. Highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay. We knew we were in the right place seeing the Bible opened to Ezekiel. All the Bible verses on the walls. And very close to the Ark Encounter.

Great location for our family vacation. Easy to visit The Ark, The Creation Museum, Newport Aquarium and a Cincinnati Reds game. Close to Walmart and fast food places for convenience but also equipped kitchen for meals at home. The location is in a nice quiet area. Great place to unplug and unwind.

Granny’s was just as the listing described. We were there to visit the Ark and the house was 5 minutes from the attraction.. Beds were comfortable & house was clean. Lawrence also lives in an adjacent property. He greeted us & told us he would be around if we needed anything. Everything was in working condition. Bring along soap and, if you desire, a fan. We would recommend this property!
