"We drove our car there at night, the road was wiggly & dark ( no lights other than the car lights). For us it was a little nerve racking. The view was pretty in the morning. The room looked nice and clean, but the fridge was uncleaned, Staff were nice and welcoming. In the room description it said the mattress is Tempur-pedic, but that definitely wasn’t!. In the room descriptions it said we would get a bottle of sparkling wine, but we didn’t get that either. I opened the drawers under the bed...

"The pool was excellent. Bar & restaurant on site. Great location with parking."

"Trés bon accueil mais difficultés pour se faire comprendre si on ne parle pas anglais. Merci Google traduction! L'hôtel est propre, bien situé par rapport à La Canée. Plage accessible par passerelle très bien conçue. Avions une voiture de location, indispensable pour visiter, nous pouvions nous garer très facilement à l'hôtel ou dans la rue (gratuitement) Restauration très correcte, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Le bémol, pour nous, a été de trouver les 2 piscines non chauffées et assez...

"So great and they jump started my rental within minutes. great location, wonderful breakfast."

"Der er rent og pænt overalt og rengøringspersonalet er meget fleksible. I restauranten fik vi den dejligste mad og venlig betjening. Poolen er ikke så stor, men ligger rigtigt godt, og der er børnepasning og boblebad. Alt i alt en skøn ferie."

"Staff members were very nice and helpful, breakfasts were yummy every morning and the kitchen staff were always friendly and helpful, we enjoyed our time in this place. The hotel was very close to the bus station and the was a plus too 👍"

"Sauberes und schönes Zimmer mit Poolblick, freundliches Personal und fast immer ein leerer Pool."

"SO friendly. Helped with finding us drivers, Laundry dining and just overall helping us explore the area. We will stay here again!"

"I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Akrotiri. The staff and the owner were incredibly kind and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home—they treated me like part of the family. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, featuring fresh, high-quality local products. Yesterday, I was also pleasantly surprised with a lovely little gift of local olive oil and natural honey, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I felt genuinely welcomed, comfortable, and happy during my stay at this hotel. I am...

"I had a wonderful stay at Morum City Hotel! I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Junior Studio Suite with a huge balcony, which was wonderful for sitting outside in the evenings with friends. The staff were fantastic, from the front desk to the housekeeping team. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast was good, and the location was excellent, with an easy walk down to the harbour. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly...

"Loved my stay here! Quiet location, perfectly situated just a few minutes walk from Chania Old Town and near a beach. The staff are lovely and very helpful, showing great Greek hospitality day or night. Their local knowledge was invaluable. The rooms are modern, kept very clean and spacious. Ours had a view of the sea and a big balcony. The bathroom had a large tub and a walk-in shower, with two sinks!"

"Highly recommend staying at Alcanea. Eva, our host, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The staff/service was great. And the complimentary breakfast offered lots of local options and all were delicious. Best part of this stay was the view and location. The view of the port was awesome with the water, local bars/shops, and mountains in the distance. And there were dozens of restaurants and shops offering all we might need/want. This hotel made Chania feel like home."
