Welcome to Pokie's Place, a luxurious home located a short walking distance to Mercer Street. This home is custom designed for hosting families, couples, and friends getaways with its open space living concept and amazing dining and kitchen areas. From having a family dinner to enjoying s’mores or cocktail evening in the outdoor area, there is so much to do here with your loved ones. This gorgeous home offers the ultimate in amenities, and close proximity to live music, shopping, and great food!

This gorgeous home consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It comfortably sleeps 4 adults (2 in the master bedroom and 2 in guest room #1), and up to 4 children on the full-size bunk bed in guest bedroom #3. Making the perfect place for each of your guests to relax and unwind. The kitchen comes fully stocked with plate ware, flatware, serving platters, glassware including wine glasses galore, and other little necessities for those wishing to dine in. The spacious bedrooms offer the latest mattresses and bedding offering an optimally comfortable and luxurious night's sleep, especially after the long days of enjoying downtown Fredericksburg and the local wineries. This home has an amazing back area for morning coffee or a late-evening cocktail paired with a great BBQ cookout.

Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $62.54 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Happy Guest is web-based and user-friendly, with all the info about the house and local spots. We came with our 2 kids and everyone was very comfortable- our daughter loved the bunk beds. The home and yard was super neat/clean and all the basics were provided. The location was perfect for us, easy access to all the places we wanted to visit in Dripping Springs. We will be back for sure!

House is very clean and has cute decor. Great linens. Convenient location. Could use dresser in front bedroom, a coat rack or some hooks in entryway, and some more hangers in bedroom closets. Television in front bedroom would be a bonus. Pool smaller than it looks - appropriate for dipping but not swimming. All in all, very comfortable and a great option for staying in Dripping Springs. We'd stay again if we were in the area.

The Mrs. and I came up from San Antonio to meet our son, daughter-in-law and three grandkids. The house accommodated us comfortably! What was the unexpected highlight??? We've rented homes with swimming pools plenty of times before. And sometimes, we've completed our stay without dipping so much as a toe into the pool. But this one was so inviting and easy to use! And although a simple design, it was a ton of fun with the little ones! The whole experience exceeded our expectations :)

We were attending a wedding in one of the venues. We were 4 adults one teenager and 2 toddlers. The house was perfect. Cozy ,impecable, well equipped with everything we needed. Quite surroundings but walking distance to restaurants and shops. Safe for the kids to run their scooters. Great backyard with pool. We had a great time.

This location is blocks away from a number of cool boutiques, BBQ, and a locally owned coffee shop. It will comfortably sleep 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 kids (the bunk beds are large enough to sleep 4 kids). I will likely book this same house for our return visit in the near future.

It was really nice. It’s been updated and had nice comfortable furniture. Very warm in that it has wood floors, a patio swing, and an outdoor fire pit! I just really enjoyed the house!!
