• Water hazards are present on the property and aren't fenced, be mindful of kids.

• Provided watercraft is for the Teton River, not the pond.

• An exterior camera is located above the garage, covering the driveway area only. We respect guest privacy.

• A caretaker may visit the property for maintenance.
