"Excellent stay with outstanding service!
I had a wonderful experience at the Diplomat Hotel, largely thanks to the incredible staff. Every interaction was smooth, welcoming, and professional.
I want to give a special mention to staff on duty when checked in, who went above and beyond to be helpful during my stay. Her exceptional service, attentive care, and warm hospitality made a huge difference and truly made me feel valued as a guest.
The entire team here clearly works hard to ensure guests...

"Spacious, clean room. Breakfast had plenty of options warm and cold. Staff were pleasant. We did end up getting an uber in and out of town everyday which cost on an y £6 a journey. There are good transport links but for us, an uber was just more convenient."
