"Leider waren gerade umfangreiche Instandhaltungs- und Umbaumaßnahmen im Gange, so dass teilweise nur ein Aufzug in betrieb war und das Treppenhaus ebenfalls wegen Baustelle gesperrt war. Die führte bei einem Hotel dieser Größenordnung zu ziemlichem Chaos und sehr sehr langen Wartezeiten vor den Aufzügen. ..."
