Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for executive/ vacation or short term stay. 25-45 mins to World Class skiing/boarding, hiking, & biking. You won't find a nicer, more spacious apartment in Draper for less per night. Try us, we guarantee you'll be delighted. Discount for longer stays 40 mins to S.L. airport. Spacious and intimate basement apartment in Draper, UT. Neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful. Close to skiing and hiking with view of beautiful mountains.
    Newly remodeled with granite countertops, huge master bedroom with a memory foam topper on the mattress and "My Pillow" pillows (very very comfy); We even go so far as to provide space heaters and heated blanket on the queen bed so that you are as "toasty" as you want to be in the winter. Separate outside private entrance, European shower all in Italian tile.

    Kitchen has EVERYTHING you need to cook including large refrigerator/freezer w/ ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, & coffee pot. Flat screen smart TV w/ WIFI available. We had a wonderful time with our stay here! The property was beautiful and spacious, and everything that we could need was provided. The hosts are also incredible and so very kind! We recommend staying here 1000% and will be staying again next time we visit SLC!

Perfect location!

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay while visiting family in the Sandy/Draper area. This space exceeded all expectations! Great neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. And a fantastic walking trail a block away.

Family vacation

We vacationed to visit family and this basement apartment was PERFECT. Close to the freeway and shopping-clean-quiet-large with all the amenities we could ask for. We would return any time we come back to Utah.

Great Accommodation

We had a wonderful stay. We were there for the whole month of February. The place was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed for our month stay. Very close to restaurants, shopping, hiking, skiing and entertainment. Hosts were wonderful and made sure we were enjoying our stay. We will be back next year.

Perfect size, location, and accommodations (kitchen, washer/dryer, etc.) for my ski vacation. Clean, fresh, spacious; well-maintained; quiet upscale neighborhood. Owners were friendly, helpful, and respectful of privacy.

Great place!

This is a very clean and spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The well-stocked kitchen gets lots of pleasant afternoon sunlight. Paul and Frances are lovely people who are very attentive and welcoming. We would highly recommend this listing to skiers because of its location near the UTA park and rides. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location and Spacious Apartment

All the little things are thought of and provided. Great location south of Salt Lake City. Very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of table space for a one bedroom. The location is close to anything in the Salt Lake Valley around the point of the mountain. Would definitely stay again.

A great place to stay.

The basement unit was enormous, very clean, well appointed, in a nice neighborhood not far from the mountains, and had all the amenities we would want. The host was very accommodating, walked us through upon arrival, and checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well. I would stay there again without question. They are really nice.

A gem in Draper!

I couldn’t have found a better property for my stay in Draper. Paul and Frances were wonderful hosts going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The apartment looked just like the pictures and had everything I needed. It’s in a wonderful neighborhood and close to shopping, groceries and food options. I am sure I will look at their availability the next time I return to the area.

Quiet and Close

Accommodations were spacious in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the private entrance to the lower level of the house. Kitchen facilities were much appreciated as we cooked all of our meals. We were within 30 minutes to the mouths of the Cottonwood canyons where we skied five days. Frances and Paul are wonderful hosts ensuring we had everything we needed. Especially enjoyed the personal touch to the welcome basket at our arrival.
