"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, modern, and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. Every staff member we encountered was polite, welcoming, and eager to help. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. "Amazing resort feeling at this hotel but sadly pool wasn’t open which I had known. Very clean and only downfall was the horrible dial up internet speed which made me feel like I’m staying in farm land. FYI Internet speed was at the most 5mbps"

I’m so thankful hit for only them but also the free transit to the airport/ shuttle service. The driver was so personable and relatable and cute. "We enjoyed our stay overall. The best parts about staying here are the rooms are clean and you are a short walk to the East Falls Church Metro. I found the staff ready to help with all of my questions. A couple examples. We arrived a night early thinking we could add a night to the front of our trip, but they were booked full. "If I could rate this stay an 11 out of ten I would. The only thing to note is the breakfast if you have food allergies. Nothing is labeled and the kitchen staff wasn’t able to understand me when I tried to ask about ingredients to clarify. Everything else was phenomenal."

"One star, and I wish I could give less. From check-in onward, the front desk staff were stone-faced, monosyllabic, and visibly stressed — not a single welcoming word. My reservation included breakfast, yet at check-in the front desk neither handed me a breakfast coupon nor mentioned that one was required. When I asked about it the next morning, instead of a simple apology, the agent flipped the situation around and blamed me for not asking for the coupon at check-in. That is not customer service...

"We had an amazing time there. Staff was helpful and friendly! We were several hours early and they let us check in around 11am even though check in time was 3pm. We were able to keep our car there in their private underground parking garage as soon as we arrived which was around 6am as we explored the city and got breakfast for a few hours.
