"Rentals right across the back lawn with ski in, ski out access and a free ski valet (tips encouraged!) The staff was amazing and very accommodating even though the elevator was out. The hot tub and soaking pool were great, but note to families with children regarding the hot tub: 18 & over. Osteria is a fantastic restaurant and is on site. Note to mention you have other fantastic options nearby for dining, apres and souvenirs. We’ll be back and more Tram please! "

"It’s difficult to express how amazing our stay was. The staff were friendly and not in a business sense but truly caring about us. Our room was awesome and extremely comfortable as well as super clean and well decorated with items from the area. Coffee was available anytime in the Lobby ( we had some at 4AM ) with not just cream or sugar but extras that were beyond what was expected.
